Have you ever seen a Prosecution Team use photos of an iPhone screen instead of taking the phone and using the actual data? I could use my work phone and make Tyler the contact and fake the entire thing…

So who’s to say they hadn’t switched phones at this point… do they actually have meta data on this? This could easily be why lance had an immunity deal. Maybe they have more data than sharing but they could have swapped phones by this point.

Where is the photo showing messages pulled to the side to see the date stamp? Then it can be compared to the “turning himself in” video at the police station they say they don’t have, to determine if police sent those messages after they took his phone.
