Crime rate is still up in Chicago from pre 2020 Black Lives Matter levels in a number of crime categories. If carjackings increases by 200% but then go down by 10%, they are still well above what they were before.

Obviously crime rates won't be down in every single town and city. Shouldn't overall numbers be what we focus on?
