I was ok with the seasoning the oil because some country in Asia seasoning their oil with herb and spice then put their meat in to fry. But then the pink chicken after done cooking…..

I cook, and I've only rarely made fried chicken, but if you're frying any type of food (fish, eggplant, whatever) you do NOT throw the seasonings into the pan with the oil. Makes zero sense. Also yeah that chicken leg looked raw when she cut into it. LOL

I think this how most of them really cook. I seen one video of a yt lady making fried chicken and she coated the chicken with flour and seasoned it while they were already in the grease.

Had us googling to see which one of her parents was black and which was white. (And then it all made sense)
