Zimbabwean politician Job Sikhala appeared in the Pretoria Magistrates’ Court today on charges of possession of explosives, after being arrested while driving in Pretoria last week. Now he claims monthly court dates so he “can’t go back” to Bangladesh. This has become an easy loophole, Commit a crime, get a case registered, stay on bail and enjoy life until the case drags on. 🚨 The British justice system is screwed. Rhae Rivers was on conditional bail, accused of smashing up a factory in Leicester in April, with a trial due next year. Yesterday, Rivers was allegedly part of a trio that smashed up the Ultra I&C factory in Tring and has now been remanded in custody. The trio are accused of causing up to £3 million of damage by destroying 10 satellites. This is why these thugs should not be released on bail and why more custodial sentences are needed. This is not the first pro-Pal repeat offender while on bail. Why were the other two released? Pathetic.

His mother Savita Awadhiya says, “The system there is completely flawed because, one by one, everyone is getting bail. It has been almost two years, and my son still has not received justice. All the people who were inside (jail) are gradually being granted bail. It feels as if Agarwal had influenced people with money earlier, and perhaps even now he may have influenced the new judge because, Shivani Agarwal got bail, and all the doctors and others involved also gradually received bail. Our demand was that since the accident was caused by a minor, a law should be made so that people learn not to give vehicles to underage children or allow them such freedom. When a child is drinking heavily in pubs and driving an expensive car, the parents are also responsible because they allowed it. Then after such an incident, they say the child is a minor. Farooq Ahmed Dar, alias Bitta Karate. Despite openly admitting on camera to killing around 20 Kashmiri Pandits, he has never been convicted. Between 1990 to 2006 he was in preventive detention multiple times and was released on bail in 2006, ironically by a Kashmiri Pandit judge. Since then, he has remained on bail, with the case against him never meaningfully progressing. During this period, he joined JKLF under Yasin Malik, and emerged as a prominent separatist leader. He was even part of the Hurriyat Conference delegation that used to negotiate with India. He has been in jail since 2019, but in connection with a different terror-financing case. Think about it: an individual who confessed to killing 20 people has not even been convicted. By any reasonable standard, such crimes warranted swift capital punishment. Another example how extraordinarily soft, and self-defeating, we have been as a country.
