Donald Trump: "If I were not president, I think he [Putin] would prefer to take over all of Ukraine. But I am president, and he will not play with me." Of course, Putin is honestly fulfilling the agreements. For some reason, Western leaders are deceiving him. Has anything changed since the Minsk agreements? I just realized that during the Zelensky meeting on Friday, before the argument started, Trump said they were taking only one more question. Zelensky started arguing with Vance as the meeting was wrapping up. Vance interjected, but Zelensky was the one who started to address him directly. This destroys the argument it was a setup. They were about to finish! Unless they were acting the whole time and Vance just knew that Zelensky would take the bait at exactly that moment.
