Rogan did a 180 when he started dick riding Trump. The truth won't matter. He is saying what his audience wants to hear.

Sad that for some people what they want to be true is more important nowadays than what is actually true and based on evidence.

@GeraldKutney One thing that bothers me is that 20k yrs ago, the Earth was cooler ~5-6C. Now humans are adding another 5C on top of that over a few hundred years. So like ~10-11C in 21k yrs Kunio Kathi states ~7C is required for a mass extinction, but is that accounting for the ice age?

@GeraldKutney The holocene was a pause in that so it wasn't all at the same rate. We are unlikely to go up 7C compared to the holocene baseline but even approaching it or getting to high rates is high risk for a civilisation built in, and for, colder temperatures.
