JAAC has just crossed the red line. It has practically committed an act that, both internationally and nationally, would designate an organization as a terrorist organization. They kidnapped and held official security personnel hostage near Pahlendri at the Dhal check post. This is an act of terrorism, comparable to hijacking a plane, attacking a school, or hijacking a train. There is no going back from here now. Cases should be filed against the leadership. This must be brought to an end. JAAC should be treated in the exact same manner that China treats terrorist organizations, that Russia treats terrorist organizations, or that the United States treats terrorists. There is no other option left now.

The initial responding officer documented that no physical contact occurred and concluded that, at that time, “there has been no crime committed.” However, as their “investigation” continued, multiple sworn written statements were submitted claiming the defendants, Rich Penkoski, Chris Svochak and Ricardo Yepez, “stomped near the students’ heads while they were praying, causing them to fear they would be struck.” After reviewing the video myself, I found that it does not show anyone stomping near the students’ heads as described in those sworn statements. The video does not show a megaphone at any point. Despite that, the investigative report references the defendants having one. Rich Penkoski told me they never brought a megaphone because they knew it was prohibited. This is clear political targeting. Let’s not also forget that the Muslim students are a part of the Muslim student association which was created by the Muslim brotherhood in 1965 to get a foothold on college campuses (and the Muslim brotherhood is a terrorist organization) I also spoke with Rich Penkoski’s attorney, Jerry Theodorou, who provided me with the following statement: “USF law enforcement’s initial investigation determined no crime had occurred and the case should have been closed out at that point. Instead, this Muslim prayer group decided to recruit their terrorist organization called CAIR by hosting a press conference. CAIR has been deemed by Governor DeSantis of Florida to qualify as a terrorist organization.
