My baby girl got her mission call last week! Watch the reaction of my 82 year old Swedish mom, sitting next to her. This call is truly a miracle and blessing for our family, and I am so proud of my baby for choosing to serve her Savior for the next 18 months. The day she learned of the new age requirement for sister missionaries, she was on the phone with our ward executive secretary making her appointment with the bishop. She has always wanted to serve and was willing to go where our Savior wanted her to go. I still can't believe that God was good enough to send her to the land of my forefathers!

That was me already committing myself and my resources beforehand. But she clocked what I will need in return. She declined and I had no problem with it. Now, on what basis did she expect me to pay for her gym membership in another state? That’s where the simping comes from.

Today, Martha Njoki was all smiles, thanks to Baraka Smiles Dental clinic for restoring her beautiful smile. Martha Njoki is the lady I rescued last year from the streets. She was struggling with drug abuse and had completely lost hope in life. When I reached out to her, she accepted my help, and I took her to a rehabilitation center. I am grateful that she successfully completed her recovery journey and has been doing well since then. Today, I visited her at the Rapid Rehabilitation Centre for Addiction. , and together we went to see her two boys. They had been separated for over seven years, believing their mother was no longer alive, until I helped reunite them. It was an emotional and powerful moment. We spent time with her children and did some shopping for them. Seeing Martha regain her strength, dignity, and connection with her family is truly encouraging. As she continues to rebuild her life, I am now working on a permanent solution for her helping her secure a house and a job. This will give her the stability she needs to eventually reunite fully with her children after following the required legal process from the children’s home where they have been staying. This journey is a reminder that with compassion, support, and determination, lives can be transformed.
