I posted about a friend of mine that relocated to the UK from Abuja and is very good in mechanical and electrical things when it has to do with cars. This is one of the things he does that gives him serious pounds. He can pimp anything you want in your car. Look at how he is controlling the windows of his car with just the car remote.

No one likes losing to their younger brother. But when that brother is @mvcclockw0rk, you don’t really have a choice. And when he makes the top eight, you drop everything to go watch him.

If you want one stretch that hits everything, do this: It’s called world’s greatest stretch It hits your hips, hamstrings, and T-spine all at once - start in a deep lunge, back leg straight - bring elbow to the inside of foot - rotate and reach to ceiling Go slow & controlled

Let me explain how this is going to work, libs. I remember fondly when I got called into the HR office at my job and was let go for harmless memes and dunking on you. Never threatened violence, none of that BS. But you did it anyway. Eventually, 3 years later they called me back, and hired me again with a generous pay bump because they knew they fcked up. I'm playing the game you all started. It just so happens I'm better at it than you. I also remember when your people shot down that dude in Portland, Oregon, and when they took a shot at the dude I voted for, and k*lled Corey Comperatore. And now Charlie. And now you all wanna cry because I'm returning the favor? Nah. You're gonna find out exactly who and what I am. This time you can't cancel me. 🤷‍♂️

A year ago, August 20th, Charlie was at Wrigley Field in Chicago cheering on his favorite baseball team, the Cubs, and supporting his friend Matt Shaw. It was a dream of his to walk on that field, take in the history of one of Americas most iconic ballparks, and experience it all as a lifelong Cubs fan. He was so happy. I think about this day a lot and go back to it in my mind all the time.

Ryan Reynolds says Hugh Jackman performed The Greatest Showman live in his apartment while his kids watched the movie “I walked into my apartment about two months ago, and my kids were dancing and singing to The Greatest Showman” “Hugh was there doing it as well while they watched the movie. He was acting it all out in front of them” “They could look at the movie and look at him, and I realized these kids have no idea how lucky they are”

🚨First look at the aggression of his handshakes — that tells you that he is ready to go to war. And then… snubbed Simeone & Ronaldo at the same time as he waits for NO ONE. Friendly reminder to everyone — He is still one of the greatest DM of all time and captain. #MUFC
