This is impossible unless there was FRAUD. What this means is that there wasn't enough registered voters on the voter rolls for the margin that Joe Biden "won" Arizona by. The voters were added onto the rolls to cover the missing voters after the election when audits were being performed so the books would balance out, and they got caught. AGAIN.
