Hernandez Valentin Santos decided to put the pedal to the metal when an ICE vehicle was behind him in traffic — prompting the officers to pursue. He drove recklessly while attempting to evade arrest and then resisted our officers once they stopped him. Our officers saw open intoxicant containers in the vehicle and a six-pack of alcohol on the vehicle’s floor. They also determined that he entered the U.S. illegally, so he’s now in ICE custody.

Omo what happened is, there was a dispute about the guy in the White Car parking in front of this guy house. He told the Benz owner that he can’t park in front of their house, the matter escalated and the Benz owner said if he wasn't allowed to park there ,someone will die. They just thought it was usual back and forth. If you look at the video, you will see when he acted like he was going to drive off and then reversed to try and hit one them. When he didn't hit anyone, he grabbed the victim by the arm and sped off with him hanging outside his car. Next drove fast and hit the guy then pushed him inside the gutter as you can see from the CCTV footage. The guy hit is head on the slab and broke the bone that connects the spine and brain. He is in coma. And currently admitted at in an ICU. Culprit drove off into the night and has not been found.

A 22-year-old woman, an IIT graduate and the daughter of a senior bureaucrat, was found dead at her home in southeast Delhi's East of Kailash area. Police said she was raped before being strangled to death with a phone charger. She was alone at home at the time of the incident. There were no signs of forced entry. You may remember when Sacramento County Sheriff’s Organized Retail Theft Task Force Detectives arrested 37-year-old Chinese National Yubo Tian in August of this year, when Tian was caught with 6300 stolen gift cards from Target and Apple. Tian was part of an international scam involving tampered gift cards, scanning the bar code, and stealing money from the gift card as money was loaded. You may also remember that the courts released Tian on his own recognizance days later. Tian had no ties to Sacramento and admittedly entered the country illegally using a commonly used trafficker route through Central America and Mexico. Lo and behold, Tian failed to appear in court in Sacramento and became quite the international traveler. He returned to China in September, then traveled to the United Arab Emirates and Spain in November, then back to Mexico earlier this month. On December 12, he was caught trying to enter the United States illegally and was taken into custody. With help from the FBI , Homeland Security , and Placer Sheriff , Tian was transported back to Sacramento, where he remains in custody for his original arrest warrant at the Main Jail, ineligible for bail. He is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow.

Alex Collins was so special man. Amazing teammate and a guy everyone was down to kick it with. This man invited me and wifey out one time in Baltimore and I will never forget it. We show up to the spot and AC is no where to be found. We are looking around for him for 20 min and finally I feel a little nudge on my shoulder. I turnaround and AC is walking behind me, drops his shades to his nose and signals with his eyes to follow him. It was so funny and smooth, we forgot he was 20 min late. AC told us he had to be discreet because he couldn’t have everyone knowing he was there. The rest of the night, we found out why. Everywhere AC went that night everyone knew him. Everyone was excited to see him, laughing when he came around and showing him love. You see everyone loved this man and his energy was contagious.
