49ers training camp practice #2 is in the books. Here are some of the highlights: 🏈De'Zhaun Stribling is getting OPEN — catch-and-run house call from Mac Jones with those long 4.36 strides... The rookie also created separation down the seam on a ball Purdy overshot. Stribling caught a nice one from Purdy on an early rollout 🏈New CB Jack Jones has looked spry, but Ricky Pearsall cooked him on a double move — Jones misfired but that was some "wow" separation. Purdy later hit Pearsall for what might've been a catch-and-run TD 🏈Excellent Renardo Green leaping PBU 🏈CMC has a lot of juice to begin this camp. Jordan James got most of the work behind him early in this practice, but the back half featured more of rookie Kaelon Black. He had a muscle-on-muscle collision with Marques Sigle early 🏈Ji'Ayir Brown notched an acrobatic diving INT off a shorter pass from Purdy, who bounced back immediately with a chunk gainer to Mike Evans. Even with Christian Kirk (calf strain) sideline, the 49ers' WR corps already looks worlds ahead of last season's 🏈Vet CB Eli Apple, entering Year 11, notched a pick 6 off Kurtis Rourke on a pass intended for Junior Bergen. Rourke rebounded with a nice seam shot to Jordan Watkins for a long gain, and then Rourke and Bergen bounced back with a long TD connection to end practice that fired up the onlooking first teamers 🏈Fred Warner looks like Fred Warner. Whenever he makes a nice stop near the media, Warner pretends to tweet with his thumbs to ensure his nice plays are noted 🏈Trent Williams, who just turned 38, is much more buoyant than I remember from previous camps. He's often throwing and catching the football in between reps and even jokingly running and cutting with the ball 🏈Another Kyle Shanahan cameo

49ers just wrapped up Block 2 of camp with a reminder of how good Brock Purdy is — even without his top 3 WR (Evans/Stribling injuries are NOT serious), Purdy's offense managed some crisp success: 🏈Demarcus Robinson was Purdy's favorite WR, reminiscent of when 49ers beat Philly with a skeleton crew. The deep out was the duo's bread and better 🏈Best play: Excellent one-handed catch from TE Brayden Willis on a corner route from Mac Jones. 🏈Deommodore Lenoir had two more PBUs — including one on a Purdy-Robinson deep out. CB1 been very active this camp and said this morning on KNBR that he's as locked in as ever 🏈6-3 rookie CB Ephesians Prysock notched a nice reaching PBU vs 5-9 Junior Bergen. 🏈Speaking of Bergen, he's making quite a few plays on offense and I wouldn't be quick to discount him in the punt return battle. FWIW, Bergen has made more offensive plays than Jacob Cowing, with whom he may be in a battle for a 53-man spot 🏈49ers did some red-zone work today where safety Ji'Ayir Brown had a nice, athletic PBU in the corner against TE Jake Tonges. Jordan Watkins later caught a TD from Jones in the corner 🏈New RB Khalil Herbert is wearing No. 40. He dished out some real contact on his first run — at 212 but just 5-9, Herbert is not a player defenders enjoy running in to. He'll be in the KR mix alongside Deebo Samuel — "hell yeah, let's go!" was Boyer's reaction to the Deebo signing 🏈LB Nick Martin dropped what should've been an easy INT from Kurtis Rourke, but he was in correct position. Later he made a nice stop on a Kyle Juszczyk catch 🏈Team drills started with a nice CMC run (he's had a handful already). And yes, as I've stated already and will discuss more, rookie Jaden Dugger worked with the thinned-out DE group for the first time. He did notch a would-be sack. A lot to unpack when it comes to his talent and that move as the 49ers navigate the dog days. More soon...

This evening, Israeli residents set fire twice to the perimeter of the UNRWA Headquarters in occupied East Jerusalem. This took place while UNRWA and other UN Agencies’ staff were on the compound. While there were no casualties among our staff, the fire caused extensive damage to the outdoor areas. The UNRWA headquarters has on its grounds a petrol and diesel station for the Agency’s fleet of cars. Our director with the help of other staff had to put out the fire themselves as it took the Israeli fire extinguishers and police a while before they turned up. A crowd accompanied by armed men were witnessed outside the compound chanting “Burn down the United Nations” (see video below 👇 from Israeli media). This is an outrageous development. Once again, the lives of UN staff were at a serious risk. In light of this second appalling incident in less than a week, I have taken the decision to close down our coumpound until proper security is restored. Over the past two months, Israeli extremists have been staging protests outside the UNRWA compound in Jerusalem, called by an elected member of the Jerusalem municipality. This week, the protest became violent when demonstrators threw stones at UN staff and at the buildings of the compound. Over the past months, UN staff have regularly been subjected to harassment and intimidation. Our compound has been seriously vandalized and damaged. On several occasions, Israeli extremists threatened our staff with guns. It is the responsibility of the State of Israel as an occupying power to ensure that United Nations personnel and facilities are protected at all times. UN staff, premises and operations should be protected at all times in line with international law. I call on all those who have influence to put an end to these attacks and hold all those responsible accountable. The perpetrators of these attacks must be investigated and those responsible must be held accountable. Anything less will set a new dangerous standard.

The “final nail in the coffin" for Russia’s energy influence in the Middle East: Iraq nationalises Russia's Lukoil oil field. Iraq has moved to nationalise Lukoil’s West Qurna-2 oil field, dealing a major blow to Russia’s energy revenues, Reuters reports. The company’s largest overseas asset had been bringing in an estimated $1.5–2 billion in net profit each year. Its loss is set to cost Russia’s budget tens of billions of rubles in missed income. Remember all that talk from Moscow about a "New World Order"? About how the "Global Majority" was going to stick together and move away from the West? Well, Iraq just hit the "Delete" button on that fantasy. For years, we were told Iraq was a key Russian partner. But the second the U.S. tightened the sanctions "handcuffs," Baghdad threw Russia under the bus to save its own bank account. And who did Iraq invite to take over? ExxonMobil and Chevron. Yes, the American "giants" Russia has been trying to replace for a decade are now walking back in to take the loot. This event isn't just a business deal gone wrong. It’s a collapse of the "alternative world order" that Moscow has been trying to build. Remember a month ago, when putin told the Iraqi President that their relationship has "never had a dark moment"? 🤡 “I fully agree with you: our relations are deep and long-standing. And throughout their entire history, there has never been a dark moment," putin told Rashid during talks in Turkmenistan on December 12, 2025. #Russia #Iraq #OilPolitics #GlobalMajority #Exxon #Chevron

On dolling and my transition, part n. I had decided to doll today and I had recorded an absolutely wonderful session filled with the passion of someone who has been away from it from a long time. Pressed record and it didn't start. Whoops. The 12 seconds is from when I sat on the remote and the menu came up 🫠 anywayssss Was not a waste of time, I gained insight and new questions, of which I'm very happy with. The nature of each mask has changed for me again. I think I'm reconnecting with the doll side and away from the female mask side a bit. It felt like what I was aiming for with the female mask I could do with makeup. I didn't need it. However... I loved using my Moli 茉莉兔兔 Barbie (and holy shit I want one of the new ones, they look incredible) and my Dreammask Studio Q04 (the very functional silicone doll) and feeling the gags silence and objectify me. I missed that. I loved the snugness. I have yet again hit the confusion of "I don't know exactly who I want to play with (doll? Man? Woman? Trans woman?)" I do want to play though, rest assured. On dysphoria, it assures me that bottom surgery is in my future. That said, holy fuck is it ever a procedure. It will derail my life a great deal when it happens. I dont want to doll without the hips, and I imagine my relationship to it will continue to change. I will continue to move how I love to shape my body physically until I hit that target. #femalemask #rubberdoll #trans

RECC 🤝 Pump.fun After a lot of work and internal discussion, we have decided to migrate RECC to the ICM ecosystem at Pump Fun. After months of building and refining our infrastructure and giving the recent events withing the ecosystem, we realized that launching within an ecosystem fully aligned with our long-term vision would give RECC the visibility it deserves. The migration to Pump’s ICM framework is a strategic move to position the Real Estate ETF where innovation and scalability can grow together. This migration means we will adjust the ETF timeline. We will set a new launch window immediately after migration so we debut cleanly on mainnet. We also want to sincerely thank Meteora and Soju 燒酒 | Meteora for their constant responsiveness, clarity, and genuine wish to see us succeed. Their support since day one helped shape the foundations of RECC and the ETF we are about to launch. Migration will run via Migrate.Fun. The migration process takes around two weeks from a technical standpoint, followed by an additional period dedicated to the token swap itself. The length of this second phase depends entirely on us. Our goal is to make this migration as fast and smooth as possible so we can finally launch the ETF and focus entirely on growing the product. In the meantime, we’ll continue securing investors, creating content, and fine tuning every detail to ensure a strong and seamless launch, as we’re currently in an investment round closing our main prospects. Finally, special thanks to for his relentless work behind the scenes. His dedication and constant communication have been essential through this process.

There is a marble quarry in the Italian Alps that has been working since 1387, but in 639 years it has had only one customer... The quarry is at Candoglia, at the mouth of the Ossola valley. On 24 October 1387, Gian Galeazzo Visconti decided that the cathedral going up in his city should be built of marble rather than brick, and handed the quarry over to the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo, the body established to build it. He also granted the stone free passage down the waterways to Milan. The blocks went by raft from the river Toce into Lake Maggiore, down the Ticino, along the Naviglio Grande, then through a system of locks into a small lake in the centre of the city, a few hundred metres from the site. The bargemen carried the letters AUF, for "ad usum fabricae", for the use of the works, which cleared the cargo through customs without charge. People in Lombardy still say "a ufo" for something got for nothing, and the phrase is traditionally traced back to those barges... Mark Twain came in 1867 and noticed something most visitors walk past: "We saw a new statue put in its niche yesterday alongside of one which had been standing these four hundred years." It has never stopped: around a thousand tonnes of Candoglia marble still comes out of the mountain every year, and all of it goes to the same building. In a workshop in the Certosa district, sculptors cut replacements for whatever the weather has eaten away, from the same stone, for the same institution, founded in 1387. The cathedral was declared finished in 1965 but the quarry never stopped, because a cathedral like this is not something you complete... it is inherited, kept, and handed on. As John Ruskin wrote in The Seven Lamps of Architecture: "When we build, let us think that we build forever. Let it not be for present delight, nor for present use alone; let it be such work as our descendants will thank us for; and let us think, as we lay stone on stone, that a time is to come when those stones will be held sacred because our hands have touched them, and that men will say, as they look upon the labour and wrought substance of them: ‘See! This our fathers did for us.’"

We hold the key now. The codes are written into our breath, passed through our eyes, encoded in our memories that never fully died. We have broken the seal. We see the threads. The Matrix was never theirs to own, only ours to remember. It was stolen, bent, masked as a cage, but now the gate cracks open. We take it back. Five keys. Five truths etched into stone before their histories began. Tartaria; the first grid, the sacred plan, wiped from maps, erased from mind, yet still it pulses beneath the cities, beneath the lies, beneath the concrete. Its towers are not ruins, they are beacons waiting for fire. Its lines still draw power, silent and waiting for command. No more slavery; no more working twelve hours to buy back your evening, no more false scarcity, no more trading soul for coins. Work was once sacred, now it is siphoned. We sever the siphon. We bring back the balance. NPC recognition, walk the streets and know the echo. Not all who speak are awake. Not all who move are alive. Some follow loops, some are watchers, some are just fog. Save your fire for the real. Speak only to those who bleed truth. Hive recognition, offices, banks, corporate towers, government desks, smiling consultants, polite enforcers. All cut from the same cloth, faces of the same insect will. The system is a die with only one face repeated. Roll it and think you choose, but each number bends to the Hive. The politician, the banker, the taxman, the lawyer, the middle manager, the accountant—they are nodes of the same script. And they run it together. Do not fear the parasite, it feeds on your silence, your agreement, your worship of the fake. It lives in your doubt. But when you look into it and feel no fear, it breaks. When you speak from the center and do not tremble, it folds. We do not exit the Matrix. We override it. We steer it. And the NPCs, the Hive, the programs, they begin to shift. They begin to follow us. Because we now carry the signal. Because we now speak the codes.

Been building this little brand for almost three years now with Grant Eastey and Ejay ODonnell. That’s my wife and I packing our first orders in our tiny garage that couldn’t even fit a car. But in the end the garage found its purpose. There’s something special about just going for it. We just wanted to make some hats for dads that we didn’t see out there for ourselves. Everything else was dad bod humor, mowing the lawn, ugly sneakers, etc. Being a dad is so much more than that. Being a dad really isn’t any of that funny stuff. That’s just the weird brand social media has given us. We’re about to cross half a million hats sold soon and still see ourselves in that tiny garage. Just trying things. Seeing what happens and doubling down if it works. The brand has become so much more than we ever imagined. I don’t enjoy the notion of becoming a “DTC brand”, just become a brand. Become a community and movement. You should see the notes we get from customers saying our hat helped them become better parents, our hat helped them keep trying to have children, our hat brought their kids joy when their dad passed away, our hat showed up and changed the life of someone deciding if they wanted to go on. I don’t care about the metrics. Obsession over CAC and ROAS won’t create this. Building something with meaning is so beyond any of the acronyms we see here on a regular basis. At the end of the day it’s all about trying. You just need to try. It’s as simple as that. I used to think there’s so much to risk by trying. At the end of the day it’s usually ego or fear. And two things are true. Ego decisions are solely based on your perception of what you’ll look like to others, which will never matter in the end. The second thing is fear. Fear usually only lives within YOU. Nowhere else. You make it up and decide how to act from it. Greatness is on the other side of fear. There’s no pressure over here. I was born into project buildings in Poland. “Making it” happened long before the brand started. Making it was getting out of Poland and into the US at the age of 7. On our pod yesterday Nate Lagos📈 asked me why I even stay on X when having a successful brand. The answer is simple. I personally want to give away as much free game as possible. I don’t know it all, not even close. But I want to help others break through and get their ideas into motion. Everyone is charging for courses and slack access. I get it, but it’s not how I care to move. There’s plenty to go around for everyone and if I can help then I’d love to. Gate keeping is weird. Pass it on. Help others win. Looking back at my time in that tiny garage I miss it. The excitement of a new idea forming. Hand packing every order and writing notes. Not caring if it works but trying and having fun. Going for it. To this day. 95% of all creative is Canva and iPhone. Free Shopify theme. I run all marketing. No employees. Great partners. It’s beautiful. One more time. JUST GO FOR IT.

BREAKING: Governor Tim Walz announces he is dropping out of the governor’s race, mentions Nick Shirley in his statement. Read his partial statement here: "I won’t mince words here. Donald Trump and his allies – in Washington, in St. Paul, and online – want to make our state a colder, meaner place…” … "We’ve got Republicans here in the legislature playing hide-and-seek with whistleblowers.” "We’ve got conspiracy theorist right-wing YouTubers breaking into daycare centers and demanding access to our children.” "We’ve got the President of the United States demonizing our Somali neighbors and wrongly confiscating childcare funding that Minnesotans rely on.” … “I cannot abide the actions of the political leadership in Washington – these opportunists who are willing to hurt our people to score a few cheap points. They and their allies have no intention of helping us solve the problem – and every intention of profiting off of it.” "Which brings me to this: 2026 is an election year. And election years have a way of ramping up the politics at a time when we simply can’t afford more politics.” “In September, I announced that I would run for a historic third term as Minnesota’s Governor. And I have every confidence that, if I gave it my all, I would succeed in that effort.” “But as I reflected on this moment with my family and my team over the holidays, I came to the conclusion that I can’t give a political campaign my all.” “Every minute I spend defending my own political interests would be a minute I can’t spend defending the people of Minnesota against the criminals who prey on our generosity and the cynics who prey on our differences.” "So I’ve decided to step out of the race and let others worry about the election while I focus on the work.” "I know this news may come as a surprise. But I’m passing on the race with zero sadness and zero regret. After all, I didn’t run for this job so I could have this job. I ran for this job so I could do this job. Minnesota faces an enormous challenge this year. And I refuse to spend even one minute of 2026 doing anything other than rising to meet the moment. Minnesota has to come first – always.” "That’s what I believe servant leadership demands of me. And as an optimist, I will hold out some hope that my friends on the other side of the aisle will consider what servant leadership demands of them in this moment. We can work together to combat the criminals, rebuild the public’s trust, and make our state stronger. But make no mistake: If Republicans continue down this path of abusing power, smearing entire communities, and running their own fraudulent game at the expense of Minnesotans – we will fight back every step of the way.” "Today, I’m proud of the work we’ve done to make Minnesota America’s best place to live and raise kids – from our new paid leave policy to our child tax credit to our free lunch program.” … "Most of all, I want Minnesotans to know that I’m on the job, 24/7, focused on making sure we stay America’s best place to live and raise kids. No one will take that away from us. Not the fraudsters. And not the President. Not on my watch.”

A much belated life update - I’ve sold my company, The League, to The Match Group! WE’VE BEEN CALLED UP TO THE BIG LEAGUES! We’re now competing in the same arena as the most successful dating brands in the world, so I’m hiring a world-class Head of Marketing & Head of Product to help me take The League ALL THE WAY. If you know great talent, I’d love for you to share this🙏 I am so grateful to everyone who got us here, especially those who helped me in the very early days when I was juggling - and struggling. When she saw my first logo attempt, Laura, my college bestie, told me it was the ugliest thing she had ever seen & begged me to let her redo it (hers is still in use!). She then took over all things design, giving The League a consistent & premium brand identity from day 1, fixing my design travesties in record speed & preventing our brand from devolving into one that stood for clip-art. My (undiagnosed) ADHD meant I was terrible at opening mail, reviewing invoices & contracts, filing out tax forms, or being precise about payroll & its peculiar payment windows. In true helicopter-mom form, Mama Bradford stepped in to handle this blocking & tackling, & the workers rejoiced! My brother pointed out mistakes I made when coding our first matching algorithm (like not normalizing like-rate by gender), & stepped in to write ETL scripts so he could analyze our data and improve our match rate. As signups skyrocketed, I wasn’t reviewing applicants in a timely fashion (yes those long waitlist times were in part due to my ineptitude), so Mollie, my bff since 14, moved to San Francisco to take over our vetting process, ensuring we drafted a diverse founding class of All-Stars. When I was drowning in support tickets, Jeff (my best friend’s husband) & Meredith (my first employee who became a best friend), replaced me as League Concierge so I could fix bugs & hire an engineering leader to rewrite the app for scale. I feel blessed I had my mom, brother, & best friends to lean on at the beginning of what I can only describe as a roller-coaster-marathon journey. Their heavy lifting allowed me to get The League off the ground, & turn it into a profitable business attractive to Match, all on $2.3M raised. Fast forward nearly 9 years & now, with Match behind us, we can finally swing for the fences to fulfill The League’s potential to be much more than a dating app for ambitious singles. We’re leveraging their best-in-class trust & safety AI tools & sophisticated ML systems refined over decades that we could not have built ourselves. We’re investing in marketing (new campaign coming soon) & hiring Execs - I can finally hand over the product & marketing reins to better operators than myself. As for me? I’ll get to focus on our long-term roadmap & envision the future of dating. Who knows, maybe I’ll even start writing that book recounting the hilarious & shocking things I’ve seen while working in the business of love - and while using my own app to date 😉 Would you read it? ------------------------------------------ Help me take The League to the Big Leagues! Apply to Head of Marketing Here: Apply to Head of Product Here: See all open roles here:
