They flip flopped because they lost the majority of their voters. They became so woke, radical, and extreme I don’t even recognize the Democratic Party anymore. They had to replace their base and so they let in millions of unvetted illegals from some of the most dangerous countries in the world in, with zero regard for what it would do to US citizens. What a slap to the face of the American people. After 3.5 years of leaving the border open, Biden announced that he was going to start enforcing our laws. The election was coming up and he knew that the American people did not approve with his open border policies. Democrats know that most Americans support securing our borders and enforcing our immigration laws. That's why they incite riots instead of arguing for the laws to be changed. Even Kamala promised during her campaign in 2024 to enforce the immigration laws that are on the books if she won. She obviously didn't mean it, but that's what she said because that's what people want to hear.
