I tried to watch TBATE right AFTER I watched all 3 MOB Psycho Seasons, TBATE become literally the worst experience of my ENTIRE LIFE. I went for one of the best animated animes of all time, to literally the worst.

I feel bad for the fans of it

I’ve heard decent things about the source material for TBATE but the fans behind it largely using it to bash MT alongside the first couple episodes just kinda killed any interest I have in reading it. Who know tho? Maybe soon enough I’ll read the comic

A shame it had such bad animation i mean it's one of my favorite manhwas and one of the only novels i have read with mushoku tensei and The greatest state developer if it just had an decent animantion i'm sure it could have been top 3 of the season easy

I mean to be fair, it was like THEEE only fight in Toradora with the rest being high school shenanigans. they could have done the whole Tanjiro Tengen Gyuutaro fight and still be in budget.

We were hyping up the story but no TBATE fan expected the anime to be a good adaptation since the first trailer. It just turned out to be way worse than expected. Hell,the animation was the minor issue. They removed/changed story parts and even the personality of some charcters

I actually like it. Bot everything needs fancy animation to be enjoyable. But then again i also didnt start watching anime in 2019
