When I got to 90kg+ I needed to work twice as hard to be as agile as I was when I was at 80kg. It’s rare to find someone that can deadlift 260kilos and do muscle ups. That’s the beauty of hybrid training. Keep working.

Seungyoon talks about assistant drill instructor Jin when he ran into him in the military and Jin offered him an advice not to work too hard and take it easy:) 👨‍🦰As far as I know, he himself is the one that works extremely hard. He’s very fit, super athletic & his personality is really easygoing, so he managed military life really well. You don’t know how I felt when I watched that clip. I remember when i said, “I have to follow this girl.” 🥺 She’s so dedicated to acting that she got completely into the role and couldn’t even get out of it. It must’ve been really hard for her. hanbin was asked to compliment the members 🥹 🐹 as for taerae, he’s very cute nowadays! how should i put this... i can feel that he practices so much even when i’m not around to see it. isn’t it so admirable, how he does it both for himself and the team? 🐹 ah, have i said this before? when we were practicing for v for vision, i noticed something and thought about how i should mention it to him tomorrow. then the next day came, but when we actually did it, the thing i noticed was gone, so i was like huh... i asked him, “taerae-yah, when did you fix that?” and he told me, “i was monitoring it yesterday when i felt like i was doing it differently from the hyungs, so i fixed it!” so i was like, wow... what’s this!

kangmin: i think it was the day before yesterday, or maybe yesterday, i was really having a hard time. but then kaiwen suddenly came up to me. he’s not very fluent in korean, so we talked in english. he asked me, “hyung, are you having a hard time?” and i said, “yeah, i’m really struggling. are you happy?” he said he was. so i asked him, “how can you be so happy?” and he explained that his way of living happily is: “when i’m in my 20s, i want to live like a child; in my 30s, live like i’m 20; and in my 50s, to finally live like an adult.” he said he always wants to live happily. i thought that mindset was so amazing, like, i don’t need to be so down, i should be happy. kaiwen: even though training every day was really tiring… [started spreading his happiness philosophy but it got cut out]
