This is just a glimpse into the failures of multiculturalism and diversity with Islam in the West. The incident was filmed in Montreal, Canada. A Muslim woman screamed at a gay man: “Get out of here, we are Muslims and you disgust us.” This moment is not an exception. It is the rule when Islamic values meet Western liberal values head-on. The activist believed he was part of some grand alliance with Muslims against Israel. Instead, he was reminded that in Islam he is still considered disgusting and an enemy of Allah. Not all cultures are equal. Islam is fundamentally incompatible with Western values of individual freedom, sexual liberty, and equality.

Rahul Gandhi Ji, this is the reason, so why blame others!! It's the failure of your leadership. Respect Muslims & don't treat Muslims as mere Vote Bank. 18 out of 19 MLAs that Congress has won in Assam are Muslims. 18 of the 20 Muslims fielded by Congress have won. Only 1 out of the other 79 non-Muslims fielded by Congress has won. Kerala has elected 35 Muslim MLAs in an assembly of 140 and 30 are from Congress led UDF alliance. 8 Congress MLAs are Muslims and all 22 of Ally Indian Union Muslim League MLAs are Muslims. Congress won 2 seats in West Bengal and both of them are Muslims from Muslim majority seats. In Tamil Nadu, Congress nominated 2 Muslims out of which 1 has won. It is clear that the only community that is assured of victory on a Congress ticket are the Muslims. Don't be against Muslims but, do not become a Muslim League Party which is divisive!

Tens of thousands Muslims gathered on the streets of St Petersburg yesterday to celebrate Eid al-Fitr (the end of Ramadan). Some right-wing nationalists in the West believe there aren’t many Muslims in Russia, but the reality is very different. Next year, 20% of the 18-year-olds that will be drafted for military service will be Muslim. Around 2.5 million, or early 20%, of Moscow’s population is Muslim and their share is increasing every year due to immigration and higher birth rates. One of the cities that is changing most quickly is St Petersburg which just until a few years ago had a very small Muslim population.

There is also Andrew’s friendship and defence of the Zionist Mossad asset Tommy Robinson, whom he has repeatedly defended, alongside his frequent praise of the UAE as a utopian society free of “extremist Muslims” and “radical Islam”, where “Jews are welcome”. There is a widespread misconception among Indian Muslims that Islam came to India and suddenly sparked a great revolution, where Hindu Dalits (“untouchable” castes) rejected Brahminism, broke the chains of slavery, and converted to Islam. This is FAKE! Let me elaborate on this: This narrative stems from the assumption that Dalits were some subjugated rebels, wary of subjugation and discrimination, and would act like freedom-seeking slaves, ready to overthrow their tyrannical masters at any moment. However, the reality was far more complex. Hindu theology, social structures, and institutions had entrenched their marginalisation so deeply that it operated on every level, mental, social, physical, and even within imagination itself. When Islam arrived in North India, hammering the Kshatriyas and Raiyyas (kings and lords), there were very few Muslims living there. Muslim rulers lacked local manpower and, for this reason, had to continually recruit soldiers from already Muslim regions. If Dalits were truly so rebellious, they would have joined Muslims en masse against Brahmanical dominance, but no such movement appears in the history of Indo-Muslim advent. Had they done so, they would without any doubt have eventually have risen to positions of power. ——— The (relatively higher) sense of equality and fraternity in Islam is world-famous, and it was not merely theoretical, it existed in practice. We have numerous examples from Indo-Muslim history to support this; I will mention what is just one drop in an ocean: There was a Delhi Sultanate writer named Ziauddin Barani, who spent much of his life lamenting that the Sultans of Delhi were appointing “low-born” individuals to the highest positions in the Sultanate. Malik (later Sultan) Nasir-ud-Din Khusrau Khan and Khan-i Khanan Malik Husamuddin, both brothers were slaves and that too from the Barwar tribe, considered an avarna group (below Shudra in Hindu social hierarchy). Theatyer was married to the youngest daughter of Sultan Alauddin Khilji. However, I would like to point out, for the satisfaction of the readers, that both of these men were exceptionally handsome in appearance. ——— Dalits were also not pro-Muslim or particularly empathetic toward Muslims; on the contrary, they often shared the same, if not greater, hostility toward Muslims as upper-caste Hindus did. It was an age of deep superstition, and many Dalits firmly believed that Brahmins were descendants of gods (Baman Devta), and that incurring their curse (shraap) would bring ruin. They did not typically operate within institutions that brought them into direct contact with Indo-Islamic society or allow them to be influenced by it. Leaving Hindu fold for Islam was far bigger than this. At most, the influence extended to regarding certain Muslim pirs or faqirs as saints with mystical or healing powers, revering them while still remaining within the Hindu fold. ——— For a more neutral perspective, let us leave the Gangetic plain and, for instance, turn to the region of present-day Tripura, which recorded just four conversions in the year 1911. Manaranjan Ganguli (Brahmin) Uma Kanta Chandra (Taluqdar, i.e., a big landlord) Gurudas Roy's nephew (Brahmin) Babgo Pal (Kayastha) Similarly, in the Akhbarat (newsletters) from the era of Aurangzeb, we read abundant entries noting that “today, this guild of merchants has converted to Islam,” or that “this Brahmin, this Rajput, this Khatri has embraced Islam,” and that they were subsequently honoured. There are also records stating that such members of such and such artisan communities adopted Islam, with officials directed to congratulate them and extend special attention and care. In my reading of all publicly available volumes, I have yet to find any instance where an entire Dalit guild or locality is recorded as having embraced Islam.

I am yet to watch #Dhurandhar as I need to figure out some time from work to do so, but my intent is clear : I don’t need any angle of Muslims portrayed as culprits of all! It’s a story of an Indian spy in Pakistan and how he fought the enemies that side and worked for our country, but in no manner should any movie for that matter - time & again demean their own Indian Muslims in any manner!!! That’s about it . India needs to accept its own Muslims as a part of their land and keep the fights of Pakistan & Pakistani Muslims separate from Indian Muslims. Don’t sell any movie in the name of a propaganda endorsed by any political party, creating an Islamophobia like situation in the country! Let’s keep entertainment for entertainment purpose & not on feeding the “hateful agenda”. I am hearing good things about Akshaye Khanna as the villain so he would also be one of the characters I am looking forward to watch, as much as seeing Ranveer Singh in his beefy avatar for his #Dhurandhar role. But don’t sell any movie in the name of spreading Islamophobia - this won’t cause harm to those who actually cause harm, it will cause harm to those who don’t!

A horrific video of an ambulance carrying the victims of a terrorist attack on Shia Muslims in Kurram, in #Pakistan's #Parachinar, has gone viral, creating outrage among the minority Shias in the country. More than 60 people are reported to have been killed. I am anguished as a Shia after watching this video, as it is the villagers and civilians who are attacking these ambulances. My question is to the Muslim world, especially the Sunni world and the Wahabis: how can you remain silent over this?
