Remembering Julian Sands's beautiful performance as George Emerson in James Ivory's A ROOM WITH A VIEW (1986) ❤️

I love this movie & the book as well. Julian’s interpretation was well appreciated by young me. It’s a shame Hollywood never made good use of him.

I liked Cecil though too 😂 perhaps it was the way Daniel Day Lewis played him. I thought he was funny, like when he's trying to read while they're playing tennis, felt sorry for him a bit too.
