Happy Thanksgiving. This hits me HARD. My mom died on 11/27. First time I hosted Thanksgiving since she died. My mom was the BEST COOK EVER. Ironically, I pulled out her recipe book, tried to cook like HER. Just saw the date "11/27", uggh, it's like I died, again 😢💔🙏❤️‍🔥

My son passed on mother's day this year. I know the heartbreak.

Winnie el Pooh. Christopher Robin. Eeyore. Piglet. Heffalumps. Tigger. The Gang. Amazing mileage from some stuffed animals. Remarkable. Terrific times.

Heartache is magnitudes worse when it comes with betrayal, sabotage and abandonment. That wound may not ever heal, but it will scare over and eventually be forgotten with time, at least to the point it doesn't haunt your dreams.
