PL 94-142 requires that special needs students be placed in the "least restrictive appropriate environment" for their learning. The progressive left liberal leaning public school intelligencia IGNORE the "appropriate" part of the law, favoring "least restrictive" instead. Violent young adults need to be SEPARATED from their nonviolent classmates. Why? Because every student has a right to a free and equal education, and no one has a right to disrupt that, including those who can't keep their hands, feet and objects to themselves.
