The Trans invasion into Girl’s and Women’s sports must be stopped by the Supreme Court! The Supreme Court needs to defend title IX and protect biological girl’s and women’s rights to compete safely in our own sports! The IOC finally got it right by keeping biological males out of women’s Olympic sports. Our daughters and female athletes deserve a level playing field based on biology, not ideology. I spoke to this issue previously in the legislature. Premier David Eby , follow the IOC’s lead and protect women’s sports in B.C. immediately.

As a sophomore. This is exactly why parents and female athletes across the country continue speaking out. We were at the U.S. Supreme Court in January as BPJ v. West Virginia was argued before the justices, and one thing is clear: this issue is not confined to blue states. It is impacting girls everywhere. Girls deserve fair competition. Girls deserve equal opportunities. Girls deserve leaders willing to defend biological reality. We are thankful for the courageous athletes standing for truth and fairness, and grateful for the work of Alliance Defending Freedom in defending female athletes nationwide.

A new low in California's war on women's sports. The state is forcing Truckee Tahoe Unified to compete in California instead of Nevada, despite this being impractical and unsafe for student-athletes. The reason: Nevada does not allow biological males in female sports. For 40 years, the district has chosen to compete in Nevada because sports like soccer are played in the spring there. In California, these are winter sports, which is impractical in snowy areas like Tahoe and presents travel safety concerns. Yet the state has overridden this local decision for no other reason than to preserve the ability for biological males at the district’s schools to compete in the female division. This will decimate sports like soccer and tennis, and schools in the district may not even be able to field teams.
