Best thing I bought 2 years ago ground sheet. I had improved my insomnia and achy back and replaced knees I just fell better. And got off 4 prescriptions that had a lot of side effects I can't express how much better I am and feel. Ground shoes i wear outside always.

It’s wonderful walking through the grass…bare footed…just like when you were a kid! And, we certainly didn’t know…we were recharging…our “battery.”

For decades, when a panic attack occurred, I would walk barefoot in the grass. It helped me calm down & process my thoughts more clearly. It was just something I stumbled upon a few years after they started. It wasn’t until last year, my doctor explained this was called grounding. If anyone else out there gets anxiety, definitely give this a try.
