THE EVIDENCE THAT LED A GRAND JURY OF FLORIDA CITIZENS TO INDICT TRUMP FOR STEALING OUR NATION’S MOST SENSITIVE MILITARY SECRETS In early 2022, the National Archives requested that Trump return “IMPROPERLY” taken TOP-SECRET DOCUMENTS, ranging from US NUCLEAR SECRETS TO AMERICAN DEFENSE CAPABILITIES. In June, the National Archives recovered 15 boxes of classified documents and subpoenaed Trump to return additional documents. A Trump attorney then signed a statement attesting that all classified documents had been turned over. That statement was 100% FALSE. Trump knowingly and deliberately misled his own attorneys. A subsequent search of Trump’s property discovered over 100 additional classified documents. In May of 2023, a recording of Trump SHARING CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS with journalists and acknowledging that he has NO RIGHT TO THE DOCUMENTS was released. You can hear Trump shuffling through papers, then he says, “It is like, highly confidential. Secret. This is secret information… As president I could have declassified it, but now I can’t.” A Trump employee, who worked for his political action committee, testified under oath that Trump showed him “a CLASSIFIED MAP RELATED TO A MILITARY OPERATION” and acknowledged that “he SHOULD NOT BE SHOWING IT…” Trump instructed his aide, Walt Nauta, to MOVE 64 BOXES PRIOR TO A SEARCH by the National Archives for the purpose of CONCEALING “them from Trump’s attorneys, the FBI, and the grand jury.” They were transported from a Mar-a-Lago business center “to a bathroom and shower in the Mar-a-Lago Club’s Lake Room.” Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows TESTIFIED that he could not recall Trump ever ordering or even discussing, DECLASSIFYING MATERIALS before leaving the White House. In July of 2023, additional charges were brought against Trump based on him ORDERING a staffer to DELETE CAMERA FOOTAGE at Mar-a-Lago to OBSTRUCT JUSTICE. In October of 2023, reports surfaced that Trump OPENLY DISCUSSED SENSITIVE NUCLEAR INFORMATION with an Australian citizen and billionaire, Anthony Pratt, who has no US security clearance. Throughout the investigation and subsequent court proceedings, Trump has OPENLY ADMITTED, despite his previous lies to the National Archives, that HE TOOK and REFUSED TO TURN OVER TOP-SECRET INFORMATION. He simply claims he was ENTITLED to take whatever he wanted. Unfortunately for him, that simply is NOT TRUE. A former President is not entitled to take our Nation's most sensitive military information home with him. Elections aren't rigged. Elections have never been rigged. The only ones who think they are rigged are the ones repeating the election lies of Traitor Trump. The United States has never had rigged elections, and rigged elections was never brought up until Traitor Trump lost in 2020.
