Here are examples of gatekeepers: 1) The electrician that follows the electrical code. 2) The framer that follows the building code. 3) The engineer that ensures all building codes are adhered to. 4) Building Inspector People get hurt when you remove gatekeepers.

Getting rid of gatekeepers isn’t going to cut it. Govt( both Con & Lib) have largely ignored not for profit non market housing for years. Unless you are willing to put serious dollars in order to build non profit non market housing this is just empty theatrics.
