Removing ganglion cysts [🎞️ Zack D. Films]

This is so stupid. I used to get these, even had doctors tell me they needed to cut them out. I started smashing them when they came with a big thick hardcover book. I did it about 3 times in 18 months and never saw one again. Its been about 13 years now. Every one of them were in my left wrist.

I had two of these and I smacked them against hard surfaces until they popped and went away forever so you know, go fuck yourselves haha

It's harmless if it grows above, but I had onethat grew between my joints, causing chronic pains.
