Removing the Boulder from my Lawn

That was a helluva mess to remedy a bare spot

The bald spot progressed into a lawn massacre

I feel like that boulder was there for a reason. Not sure what but at some point something weird gonna happen sinkhole or flood or something and someone gonna say , u need to put a huge Giant bolder in that spot.

You can imagine the landscape crew laying the turf over the rock saying he'll never check under the grass

I hope you repurposed the boulder. How many millennia has it been there?

So satisfying to see it getting removed.

Not rock, just extra concrete left over and hidden by the cement contractors.

Perhaps the dumbest thing I've seen in a while. A 12K lb mini-ex would've been a better choice. Less damaged lawn and probably wouldn't have the irrigation to repair.

i may have just put a picnic table over the bad grass spot and called it a day.
