STEVE BANNON: I’ve come to the conclusion that Texas is actually the railhead of MAGA, but it’s a purple state by the way the electorate officials run it. REP. BRIAN HARRISON (R): The Texas voter, the men and women who love this country, the 30M people who call Texas home - they are red, but the reality is they think our government matches that. The reality is that Texas people are red , the Texas government is blue. It has been for a long time. So, it’s not really been the elected officials controlling the government, it’s been the entrenched, rich-elite, special interest. President Trump is an existential threat to that and the State of Texas should be a multiplying force; an amplifier for what Trump is trying to do.
