🇺🇸🇮🇱🇮🇷 Tucker Carlson on Rubio’s justification for the preemptive strikes on Iran: “He says we didn’t know Iran was going to attack. Iran would only retaliate if Israel struck first… And in that retaliation, U.S. forces could be targeted. So the "imminent threat" being described is ISRAEL, NOT IRAN.”

Rand Paul: "Really, the debate now should be, is a 47 year old conflict an imminent threat? Were there changes in their nuclear program that made this an imminent threat? And I don't think the evidence is there that this was an imminent threat that would allow the president to go to war on his own."

Magaziner: The administration has not given us any evidence—I've gone to every briefing, classified briefings and otherwise—that Iran was plotting an imminent threat against the United States, an imminent attack, any evidence that they were close to getting a nuclear weapon? None. This is an unnecessary war

Joe Kent tells Tucker Carlson that President Trump’s administration misled the world about Iran being an imminent threat. Kent says the real imminent threat came from Israel, which he claims was planning to strike Iran first, putting U.S. soldiers in harm’s way. He says this ultimately forced the United States to carry out a preemptive attack on Iran.

Jeremy Bowen: "The word preemptive has been used. Now that's a word that suggests there was an imminent threat, that is an imminent attack before these strikes started. There's no evidence of that. It looks very much as if this is a war of choice that Israel and the US have done"

STUTZMAN: I think the imminent threat is they were going to continue to build -- rebuild -- their nuclear program BLITZER: But Trump said the nuclear facilities were 'obliterated.' So why the need to attack?
