Today, all members of our negotiating team will already be in Ukraine, and I have scheduled a special meeting with them for tomorrow regarding our next steps and decisions. They will deliver a report on those aspects of the negotiations that should not be discussed over the phone. We will also define the further framework of our dialogue with the American side, with the Europeans, and with the Russian side. It is important that the Europeans were present in Switzerland. This is exactly how we intend to work going forward – to ensure that Europe’s positions are taken into account.

Today in Ivano-Frankivsk, the final stage of selection for the national Tysiachovesna initiative is taking place. A total of 1,227 projects made it to the final. That is an amazing number. And this number proves that all of our Ukrainian art can become an even greater force. The results of the first Tysiachovesna will now be extremely important: which projects will be created with state support, how they will be received by Ukrainian viewers, listeners, and all our people – the people Tysiachovesna is for. Will Ukrainians in general be interested in this? Will this become a strong voice for Ukraine in the world? This is very important to us, especially in wartime. I believe we will succeed. And exactly one year from now, we will not only be summing up the dry statistics of the first Tysiachovesna through projects that have already been brought to life – we will be talking about the triumphs of our cinema, animation, theater, music, and all of our Ukrainian art, which is here to stay. To be successful, high-quality, and popular among all Ukrainians. This is an important goal for which Tysiachovesna was launched and which it will continue to pursue in the years ahead.

I was so happy and honoured to be joined by the Jennifer Simons President of Suriname at the opening of the school which I have been able to help renovate with the support of the amazing Foundation ‘ give ways’ They say every picture tells a story, and I think you will see in the video the joy and hope this new school facility has brought to the children who will attend it. The gift of learning is one of the greatest we can give to our young generation. Through education they can become the best versions of themselves which will see them go on to be great citizens of Suriname and The World.

#GainzDealerTipofTheDay Major Deadlift KEY👇 Sit “BACK” into the hips! ➡️ One of the most common deadlift mistakes I see in a lot of lifters is starting with the hips either too high or too low at the start of the lift. One of my favorite ways to remedy this is to sit back until you feel the load in your glutes. This will create an “anchor” with your hips and from there you call pull your chest up and push with your legs to initiate the lift. If the hips are in the right spot, it will feel like the weight is going to “leverage” itself right off the ground due to the tension felt in the glutes at this time. The hip height on this is going to look different on everyone depending on individual leverages, but the sensation and overall function of the cue will be the same. At the start of a deadlift, we want our hips at the highest they can be with our shoulders in line with the bar. This cue will help to accomplish that!
