@MomsAGAbbott @jamestalarico He doesn’t want to answer the question because he wants the donor class to get their money. School vouchers are a redistribution of taxes from the bottom 80% to the top 10%

@jamestalarico Are they not also taxpayers? I don't have a dog in this fight, but let's not act like a family making that kind of money is not also paying a ton in property taxes for public school education.

@jamestalarico But you’d be okay paying to educate them in public school? Is there any better argument for you seeing this as public schools as indoctrination centers?

@jamestalarico Yes, people forced to pay for education should be able to direct their share of the money to a school of their choosing. You communists don’t care about tax payers, you rob them to buy votes and grandstand about more communism.

@jamestalarico Did that family not pay taxes or something? Why would they withhold tax money from someone’s child just because of how much money the parents make? Seems a little a lot like socialist wealth redistribution.

Do you think FEMA paying luxury New York Hotels $59 million to house illegal immigrants is a good use of taxpayer funds meant for emergencies and natural disasters?

@jamestalarico If they’re making $500,000 a year, there’s no way in hell they’re getting “your” tax dollars because they’re paying far more in taxes than you are. Stop with the ridiculous arguments.

@jamestalarico You are discriminating families by classifying while they as Americans all pay their taxes. Interesting hear we have Congress thi k they can go beyond the constitution and determine at their will against The People. Dang!!!

@jamestalarico Taxpayers already subsidize public schools for “families making $500,000 a year.” It’s parent agency you oppose.

@jamestalarico Taxpayer dollars should not be used to subsidize private school education for the wealthiest families in Texas. They don’t need state help! Help poor and middle class families, help parents w children needing special services, help teachers w pay raise! Be good stewards!

@jamestalarico Yes, because they pay taxes for their kids school.
