It’s baffling at how someone with a law degree can sound so clueless. Jasmine Crockett recently criticized Melania Trump’s visa, questioning its validity because she said it’s reserved for top talents like supermodels. The law must take its course and the state alone must enforce laws, because it’s got the responsibility to do that. As we bravely wage war against illegal immigrants, may we not forget Constantia, Bishopscourt, Parklands, and the like. There’s more than illegal immigration hiding there, so those are excellent places to start. My hope is that EVERYONE is treated as a suspect because an illegal immigrant is an illegal immigrant, whether they come from Burundi, Cambodia or France, and whether they live in shacks or mansions….as long as they are here illegally, then zonke bonke….one side👉🏾 Being poor, black or African CANNOT be the “obvious clue” that someone is here illegally. If really, the plan is to treat skin colour, class or accent as “symptoms” of illegality, then we should at least have the courage to admit that our issue is not illegal immigration…..sixabene nje nobumnyama. The EFF has been accused by fools of supporting illegal immigration, which is nonsense. The position of the EFF has been clear. Illegal immigrants must be documented, in order to ensure that their presence is known and are easily traceable, if needs be. It is in the interest of national security to do so. Illegal immigrants are here, they keep coming, and will keep coming regardless of threats of deportations because borders are porous. Home Affairs has no capacity and competence to stop illegal immigration as proven by the Sky News footage attached. The solution to combat illegal immigration, which we all oppose, is to document these people. Documentation does not mean granting citizenship nor permanent residency status, because I know that is what xenophobic morons will think. Grant them temporary and renewable permits, with conditions.

Yes, indeed, this is lawlessness by any standard. Even by banana republic standards, this is still lawlessness. Your country has a constitution, it has a government, it has a police service, and it has a ruling party. I am sure you can see that some of the people there are actually wearing ruling party T-shirts. It is lawless regardless of whoever does it. It is an embarrassment to South Africa as a country, what you are doing and what you are encouraging people to do. Your country has an immigration service. If people are in your country illegally, they should be arrested and deported through lawful processes. You do not go around destroying property, tearing down markets, and attacking people. It is illegal regardless of whoever does it. It is not illegal because I have said so. It is illegal because the laws of your country make it so. This is vigilantism, pure and simple, and it is tainting the reputation of South Africa, not only across Africa but across the world. If you have got satellite television in your home, you can see that these actions are being reported everywhere. It is not good for your country. This kind of barbarism undermines the rule of law, fuels division, and damages South Africa’s standing as a constitutional democracy. It is the actions of a few that are tainting the reputation of many. The average South African is not mindless like this. They respect the law, and they respect the fact that among them, in their communities, there are people from other countries. Today is Kayoko's birthday! She does not talk much, and she tends to act as if she already knows everything before it even needs to be said. It is not that she has no emotions — she simply has no particular interest in letting them show, and at some point, the teacher has probably come to understand that. She does not mind being misunderstood, moves when she needs to, says what she has to say in as few words as possible, and considers that enough. When the teacher reaches out to her first, she does not push them away, but she does not exactly welcome them either — and somehow, that careful, precise distance she keeps is the part that tends to stay with you. Maybe today is a good day to close that distance, just a little. #BlueArchive
