Trump, Noem, and the agencies represented before us have shown a complete and utter disregard for the law and the Constitution. The fact that our government murders American citizens, lies about it, and then refuses to investigate or seek justice is beyond abhorrent – it’s un-American.

At the Veterans’ Affairs Committee hearing, I asked VA Secretary Doug Collins to stand up for his employee and condemn the Trump officials for their abhorrent lies about his death at the hands of federal agents. He refused.
