So what she really means regarding "Interdimensional Beings" is that they live in a virtual world while having hardware in the real world while in clouds like Gods and the CIA now have AI or "Birds" acting like transformers. As many may guess fixing the corruption would occur at the same time a force like that put boots on the ground and started enforcing prior sentencing of US officials for Treason, Terrorism, Sedition, Obstruction, Hate Crimes, Genocide and many lesser crimes that don't fall under Crimes Against Humanity the US has long engaged in. It's not a question of when to try people Under God it's a question of having the enforcement for sentencing for the crimes already committed. Most of these officials are in the drag them out of the building by military force territory assuming the military allows enforcement of the law and doesn't get it's self bombed into the stone age for protecting wide spread Sedition and Treason and Terrorism by politicians claiming to have authority over them. Technically once engaged in Sedition and found guilty at a God level none of them could hold public office at a lower level and are only there because of a lack of enforcing the law. The US is to the point of seeing who goes down with the corruption or acts against it without secretly stalling for time. It may be worth reminding federal government officials that a Security Clearance is Federal and God is ABOVE Federal so using a Security Clearance as a means to cover up crime like 9/11 only increases the seriousness of the Terrorism and Obstruction and Treason and Sedition charges being brought against those persons and those who continue paying their salaries. The easiest solution is fine US or State governments for the cost of bounties to eliminate former and current officials within various levels of government due to the negligence in not removing them a long time ago. Then there's the cost of paying the bill for invading the US to replace many government officials for that Terrorism and those debts would need claimed from the US too.
