Why are you against that?” Johnson: “That's an absurd statement.” Stephanopoulos: “Here are the facts. The proposal does not provide health care for illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrants cannot buy health care under the Affordable Care Act. They cannot receive health care subsidies.
