Today, Adriano Espaillat, Rep. Nydia Velazquez, and I introduced the Immigration Court Due Process Protection Act to stop DHS from ambushing immigrants who are simply showing up to their hearings and appointments. Enough is enough. No more fear at the courthouse. No more separating families. Everyone deserves due process.

.Rep. Dan Goldman dismantles DHS's favorite talking point: DHS claims it's targeting the "worst of the worst." In reality, ICE is waiting outside immigration courthouses to arrest people who showed up for their hearings and followed the law.

Families now live in fear of being torn apart. Businesses in our immigrant communities are at a standstill and people are afraid to leave their homes, take their kids to school, or go to work. This is not who we are. As Mayor, I will stand up to President Trump. ICE cannot come into NYC and rip families apart at will.

MAGA mama calls ICE on workers at McDonald's—for not following "the law" of mall food court. "This store filled with 'illegals'... only gives the 10% mall discount to white people and immigrants." "Y'all need to have Americans working here... these people have no green cards, make $15 an hour, and think they are above the law." The woman goes on to make multiple follow-up videos to make it clear that she is a Trump supporter. "We support MAGA over here." "I said what I said—I support ICE." "That's why my President passed a law making English the official language... this is America we speak English." Incident occurred at the Natick Mall in Massachusetts.

It's not racist to observe that *every single teenager* at these "teen takeovers" is black. As Governor, I will stop teen takeovers by arresting and charging anyone who participates and fining their mom (not dad, and that's the problem) $5,000. Enough is Enough. This is Florida.

Canada has commanded anyone who owns a gun to turn it into the government. 97.5% of people who are registered as a gun owner have not shown up to turn their guns in. According to this slimeball politician, “compliance is not voluntary”. And after October 31st of this year, anyone who hasn’t surrendered their guns will have a government goon showing up at their door to take them by force. Folks, this is why we have to make sure the Democrats never have power again. They will try this in America eventually.

Candice Matthews just called on the Nation of Islam and all Black organizations to come and show up at my court hearing on the 13th. I’m not dealing with flesh and blood here. I’m dealing with spiritual warfare. But it’s OK. I know who wins at the end of this. This is not just about Nolan Wells or my reporting. This is an attempt to silence those who dare to speak up against them and their lies. I will not be intimidated. I will not be silenced.

They’re chasing quotas, not criminals! The former head of Chicago’s immigration court, fired by Trump, is finally speaking out. A new lawsuit accuses the administration of unlawfully targeting documented immigrants who were already showing up to court, just so ICE could hit arrest quotas. Immigrants are being detained not because they broke the law, but because they were easy to “target.”

May Day hits different when you're an immigrant. In 2006, on May 1st, millions of immigrants walked off their jobs and into the streets in what became known as "A Day Without Immigrants." Janitors, nannies, restaurant workers, farmworkers, people who couldn't afford to miss a single paycheck showed up anyway. Because they refused to let this country pretend they didn't exist. I came to America at 16. I never forgot what that movement meant. Today, with ICE terrorizing our communities and this administration treating immigrants like criminals, we showed up again. Workers. Immigrants. Families. In the streets of Seattle, refusing to be invisible. We are still here. And we are not staying quiet.

🚨CA Gov Candidate Matt Mahan: I will protect undocumented residents who are playing by the rules david friedberg "Is it part of [the governor's] job to protect undocumented immigrants who came here illegally but ICE would like to remove?" Mayor Matt Mahan "Yes, unless they're committing serious violent crime. I will absolutely stand up to protect undocumented residents who are playing by the rules, who are doing the most American thing. And I get all the arguments around lawful immigration. Let's secure the border and set up a proper system of lawful immigration going forward and not create a bad incentive. So let's do that and then create this pathway to legal status."

You have corrupt billionaire Governor JB Pritzker corrupt millionaire Mayor Brandon Johnson , and a whole group of rich Democrats who got wealthy off taxpayer dollars calling to abolish ICE, inciting an INSURRECTION, and claiming these protesters are “peaceful. To keep illegal alien criminals here in our communities. But what we’re actually seeing is ICE cars being blocked, People running in front of officers cars, people being dragged out of their vehicles and beaten, people kicked while still in their cars, roadblocks put up in front of federal officers, things thrown at them, officers surrounded and obstructed while doing their jobs. This is what Democrats are calling a peaceful protest. Impeding federal law enforcement. Shooting at ICE. Doxxing ICE agents. Harassing them. Stalking them. And yet, this is who the Democratic Party chooses to protect. Not you. Not American citizens. At some point, we have to say enough. If you are a REAL American, wake up. Rise up. This is exactly who they’re choosing over you. Chicago Flips Red #VOTERED

Doll on Shock Gloves: The fact that DHS and ICE is doing this is they're trying to overcompensate for the fact that they have not trained their officers at all. As you can see, by the fact that they're so provoked by words that they're drawing weapons at somebody.

JUST IN: New ICE report reveals the Biden-Harris administration has let in 425,000 illegal immigrants who are convicted criminals. That is enough people to fill Michigan's football stadium 4 times. The report says the following illegals are "roaming the country": - 13,099 M*rderers - 15,811 R*pists - 425,431 Convicted Criminals "Essentially what that is, is it means migrants who were encountered by DHS but are no longer in federal custody." "It's illegal immigrants who are caught and released at the border, released with the court date years away." "They're in immigration proceedings combined with illegal immigrants who have already been ordered deported from the country by a judge, but are still here roaming the country."

So now ICE Agents are showing up at homes pretending to be Amazon workers, municipal workers, construction workers, survey takers and whatever they think will get a door to open. Communities are afraid to open their doors to anyone. It is hard to trust the government in Trump's America. #DemsUnited
