The footage is from the Metropolitan Detention Centre, where Maxwell was detained, which also currently holds Luigi Mangione and Nicolas Maduro. The footage was taken by a surveillance camera on July 1, 2020. Maxwell has since been moved to Camp Bryan in Texas following her meetings with President Trump’s Deputy AG Todd Blanche.
