Rep. Rep. Ron Ferguson absolutely blasts Republican colleagues for acquiescing to a plan to loot the Unclaimed Property Fund for $1.7 billion, with $600 million going to the semi-professional football team the Cleveland Browns, allegedly of the NFL, for a new suburban stadium.
