Reporter: What do you make of DOJ monitoring searches on the Epstein files? Jayapal: I found out about it because a reporter called me and wanted to know about the emails I had searched. I was like, how did you know what emails I searched? There’s a separation of powers for a reason. This is spying on members of Congress. We are calling for a full accounting of what they are using it for, and they need to stop that. We need a new process that assures us they are not spying on members of Congress.
