Moore: Telling people who have worn the uniform of this country, who have been willing to pay the highest price to be called American—people who have done things that the vast majority of this country have not signed up to do and wouldn’t sign up to do—and now looking at the service they are performing and saying that maybe they’re not fit to serve—hearing that come from somebody who was never willing to take that oath is very rich. And as a veteran myself, very offensive, because these are patriots. These are people who are willing to sacrifice something on behalf of this country with one simple ask: that the country does not forget that, does not forget the service they did, and does not forget their family members. That was our one ask. And that is not being honored right now with this administration.

They thought of him like a grandfather. I had a young woman, a staffer of another office, who delivered cookies to my office this morning. They're called Tweety cookies, which was Dick Eastlands wife. She's still with us, but the Tweety cookies were what are known in the camp, and they're for the hardest working people, and they gave them to my staff because they've been working around the clock for the last three or four days to try to help people. This woman called for an Uber so that she could go and visit her friend, when the Uber showed up, it wasn’t the one in the picture on the app, but it can’t be a coincidence that it was this one that showed up. A moment before it showed up, a man walked by, and seemed to circle her, once the fake Uber showed up, the man who circled her tried to force her into the car, she managed to fight them off and got away. Could the actual Uber that she was assigned to in the app have been involved in this, how else would could this have happened?
