💔🇵🇸😭Dear friends, last night was horrible. It was the worst night so far. We were ordered to leave. But how could we leave? We can't bring the cats and where would we go? We heard people were killed when they left their house. We are terrified and no option is a good one. So we stayed. We don't dare to really go outside, just stay near our house. We fed the cats, my friends, because I needed to distract my children. I don't want them to know I fear for our lives. I needed to pretend that everything will be alright. So I told them to help me feed our cats. I can't believe they still had an appetite but they did. My friends, pray for us. We are so scared. We need you so much right now. The Night Stalkers. 160th SOAR. Before I share everything, I want to say, we were super respectful while we were out there tonight and stayed out of their way. To our surprise, the spot where we parked, was exactly where they staged. They came right next to our vehicle and did not say a word to us. They saw that we were taking videos and allowed us to continue. We did not approach them as we did not want to distract from their mission.

The battles in Sweida, which everyone had heard about, took place. Some people came to us and told us that the Bedouin tribal sheikhs and the Druze sheikhs had agreed that we would remain brothers and that no problems would arise. Then they returned to us in the evening and told us not to leave our homes and that no one would harm us. I stayed in my home because I was going to work the next day. My husband and child stayed with me. My husband is sick and needs a joint replacement, so we did not leave. But our neighbors left their homes and fled the area. The next day, the Druze militia returned to our area and installed heavy weapons on a nearby hill, despite their promise not to harm us. They then targeted families and civilians in the neighborhood with mortar shells. We were directly targeted for two hours despite our attempts to flee the area. Then the Hajri militia searched every house individually, armed with handguns and rifles. They asked us if we had money, phones, weapons, or identification. We told them we were civilians, didn't have any weapons, and didn't know how to use them. My husband, a civilian, didn't know how to use them. I told them there was only a sick man and my child, and we were all trying to take shelter in our house. They told me I was now a prisoner. They also captured my husband and covered his face with the shirt he was wearing. I told them we were neighbors from Amad, and yesterday you had promised us safety and that we wouldn't be targeted. Why are you doing this to us now? They told me no. Then they did the same thing to the rest of the houses in the area. After that, someone came to us and, by chance, he knew my husband before. He hid us in one of the houses, gave us water to drink, and allowed my child to use the bathroom. He was kind and respectful, while the rest were just a criminal gang. Then they gathered everyone they had captured in the mosque. When I entered the mosque, I found many dead people. I found one of the children beheaded, and his mother was my neighbor. Did you see what happened? I saw them because the militia brought all the bodies to the mosque for burial. I saw one of our neighbors, who had difficulty moving due to rheumatism, and they shot him in the feet. Then they took him away, claiming they were going to treat him. Instead, they killed him in front of the mosque. This is what I saw with my own eyes. After that, because I was a nurse, they brought the injured to the mosque for treatment, even though they claimed they were taking them to the hospital. One of the family members was a doctor. I saw five of their injuries with my own eyes, all of them children. Then they made successive promises that they would release us that same day. The guards who escorted us were respectful. Me and my mates caused this: We turned up at their wedding uninvited and started fighting with the guests and they had the cheek to tell us to leave because we were ruining their wedding when it was only a few of us and not everyone. Then they tried to lock the doors. But we held them open while more came in. We didn’t like the music either so we made the DJ to swerve the Motown and play some techno to suit us. It was an all inclusive bar and a free buffet so we stayed to the end even though we didn’t like it there. I just wanted to call the family out and tell you all how intolerant they were to us. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome. We had just as much of a right to be there as anyone else. It was a public building. They don’t own it. I’m sure you will all agree that the family were bang out of order. We only ruined their wedding the crying cnts. Horrible people.

We gave him our interview and he did way better than almost any of the full-time candidates that we had ever talked to. So we said to him, what do you think about taking some time off of school and working with us and building out Devin? And he thought about it for a while, and he came back, and he said I'm down, I want to do it, but my parents really want me to graduate from school, and I'm just not sure there's a way to make it work. So we talked with him more to fully understand the situation, and then we flew to North Carolina, went straight from the airport to his parents' house, had dinner with him and his parents, and tried to understand, all right, what would it take to make this work? They said it sounds like a great opportunity, but we really want our son to be able to graduate. So we figured out a setup where he could work for us essentially full time, but then come in for his required classes, and do what he needed to do to get the diploma. We are not okay, and that’s okay to say. I wish I could tell you that we are standing here and that the rest of the world is standing with us. With you. Sadly I can’t say that. There is a loud and aggressive minority around the world who doesn’t get, that being murdered at a peace festival does not equal resistance. I do however, know that we are standing here on behalf of all those people in the world, with moral clarity. And there are a lot of them. And there are many who want to be here with you. And they are here with you at heart. On October 7th, your loved ones went to Nova. We call it a peace music festival because that’s what it was—a place to make new friends, to let loos explore and celebrate life. And this juxtaposition hurts the most —because on that day, the light your loved ones were, was met with the most unimaginable darkness. Our lives will never be the same. But today, as we remember them, we also make a promise: to honor their memory by living as they would have. As we stand here in grief, we have a message to the world: we will not be defeated. Israel was attacked on October 7th and every day since, for the crime of existing. For the audacity of just being here. But we are here, and we are here to stay. And despite the trauma we’ve faced, we are in Israel, standing strong together, committed to the memories of those we lost and to the return of our hostages. I asked Jake Stauch about raising Serval's $75M Series B from Sequoia the day they announced their $50M Series A: "We closed the A in August and delayed the announcement until October. The day we announced, I got a text from Sequoia asking to come to their office. I was at a customer conference in Orlando. They ended up flying out and meeting me for dinner with a term sheet. They had talked to all of our customers. They talked to everyone I'd ever worked with, managers, peers, and direct reports. They also talked to all our competitors' customers. And they had a clear picture of the market, and just knew we were going to win. So instead of waiting on the sidelines, they wanted to come in immediately. And I initially turned them down. We had just fundraised. I didn't need the money. We were maybe 15 people at the company. I didn't have a way to deploy the capital. But I thought about it more. And talked to some references that had raised from Sequoia. And we decided the support on customer introductions and signaling, recruiting, and strategy would be valuable to us now vs waiting a few months."

I asked Jake Stauch about raising Serval's $75M Series B from Sequoia the day they announced their $50M Series A: "We closed the A in August and delayed the announcement until October. The day we announced, I got a text from Sequoia asking to come to their office. I was at a customer conference in Orlando. They ended up flying out and meeting me for dinner with a term sheet. They had talked to all of our customers. They talked to everyone I'd ever worked with, managers, peers, and direct reports. They also talked to all our competitors' customers. And they had a clear picture of the market, and just knew we were going to win. So instead of waiting on the sidelines, they wanted to come in immediately. And I initially turned them down. We had just fundraised. I didn't need the money. We were maybe 15 people at the company. I didn't have a way to deploy the capital. But I thought about it more. And talked to some references that had raised from Sequoia. And we decided the support on customer introductions and signaling, recruiting, and strategy would be valuable to us now vs waiting a few months."

The truth ALWAYS comes out. How are people going to feel when they realise the jabs they took...., the jabs they forced their kids to take.... the jabs their elderly parents took and are still taking... were totally unnecessary and were actually DEADLY. Many of us tried EVERYTHING we could to warn family and friends, even the general public what the consequences would be. We were called names, we were ridiculed, we were unfriended and blocked. We weren't doing it for fun or follows, we were doing it because we cared and we could see what was really happening. We didn't demand anyone took our word for it... all we wanted was for people to research for themselves. Many are going to regret being so ignorant 😒. I hope all those that pushed the jabs on people are held accountable 🤬
