The High Arctic has just recorded its coldest summer in record books stretching back to 1958. Danish Meteorological Institute data show temperatures north of 80N averaged -0.91C across June, July and August 2026. June averaged -2.2C. July was essentially 0C. And August came in at -0.55C. The result has now been independently checked by the Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Program which downloaded DMI's full archive and repeated the comparison. It's finding: June was the coldest June in the series, July was the coldest July by 0.5C, and summer as a whole was the coldest since records began in 1958. In nearly seven decades of DMI data, no High Arctic summer has been colder.

From a remote trail in the Mithrandir Pack territory last summer. The camera survived vicious repeated maulings by bears but persisted nonetheless. A real fighter! A good look at several members of the Mithrandir Pack at the end of the video, including one pup who had a little fun with the camera too. The collared wolf in the video is Wolf B2L, the breeding male of the Mithrandir Pack, and one of the most proficient ‘beaver hunters’ we have studied thus far.

Dear Tata Motors, A loyal customer’s 2022 Tata Nexon EV (DL 7GD 0347) purchased in March 2022 is stuck in limbo due to repeated battery failures. Earlier complaints were dismissed as “summer temperature” issues. Now, post-warranty, the car has been parked at Sagar Motors, Greater Noida since 31 May 2026, that’s over 45 days with no resolution. The owner paid ₹3,500 for diagnosis, was then quoted ₹40-50k to send the battery to Gurgaon, and only after multiple escalations did Mr. Sahil Nautiyal agree to move it to TACO BRC at company expense. Yet there’s still no diagnosis report, no timeline, and calls are either ignored or met with standard delays. Why is a customer who trusted the Tata brand being forced to chase basic service for weeks? This is not how premium EV ownership should feel. But what makes Verrall’s statement truly repugnant is that the known risks of myocarditis to teenagers appear to have been deliberately withheld from the public while the government aggressively rammed through its “Two Shots for Summer” campaign and pushed mass vaccination in schools. To describe this as “one of the best in the world” is just delusional and a disgraceful insult to every affected family and a shocking abdication of basic honesty. They repeated tired slogans and ignored real solutions. The flotilla became summer camp for privileged Westerners and others playing resistance heroes with Palestinian flags and guitars. Their daily drama was exhausting. They didn’t raise awareness for Gaza, they exploited Gaza to raise awareness for themselves. Manipulated by Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah, and other state players these activists lacked the basic understanding of how they were being used. Instead of demanding solutions for Gaza, they staged a narcissistic performance hashtags and selfies instead of policy. One last note: the Israeli Police was looking for the humanitarian aid from the Hamas-Sumud flotilla so it can be transferred peacefully to Gaza. The only problem: so far they haven’t found much. This Fauci-era lab's NIH funding is set to expire on April 30, and we need to ensure Jay Bhattacharya, MD, PhD and "animal testing czar" Nicole Kleinstreuer don't renew it. This decades-old University of Washington lab has received over $15 million from the NIH, and got more funding last April, to intentionally breed dogs to suffer from muscular dystrophy and kill them in barbaric experiments. APPEAL TO THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY Four Palestinian shepherd communities in the northern Jordan Valley — Al-Farsiya, Ein al-Hilweh, Khirbet Humsa, and Khallet Makhoul — face imminent demolition and expulsion. We call on the international community to urgently press Israeli authorities to prevent irreversible measures against these communities, whose families have lived on this land for generations. Al-Farsiya illustrates the danger facing the last shepherd communities in the region. In May 2026, the army confiscated the community's water tanks and vehicles, leaving residents without water in the summer heat. Demolition orders followed. The Abu Mohsen family, including a child with special needs, depends on herding and farming — and repeated detentions and confiscations have pushed them to despair. Al-Farsiya is not an isolated case. Ein al-Hilweh, Khirbet Humsa, and Khallet Makhoul face the same threat. On July 2, 2026, Civil Administration forces demolished structures in Ein al-Hilweh in violation of a court order, while nearby outposts and settlements expand unabated — raising serious concerns under international law, including the prohibition on altering the demographic composition of occupied territory and of ethnic cleansing. Residents have pursued every available legal channel. But a recent demolition in Ein al-Hilweh occurred despite a judicial order freezing it. Urgent, direct intervention is needed. We call on the international community to approach Israeli authorities demanding these demolitions be prevented and press for continued access to grazing land, water, and basic living conditions. These four communities are among the last shepherd communities holding on in the northern Jordan Valley, fighting to remain and preserve their way of life. "Whoever controlled the autopen controlled the presidency.” I tweeted this out on March 6th of this year and the autopen scandal began. On March 22nd, the New York Times, a sudoku creating company with fake news as a side dish, wrote an article titled “How an Autopen Conspiracy Theory About Biden Went Viral” It was what we in the business call a bum steer written by Ken Bensinger, a long time amplifier of the work of my Oversight Project. No one calls it a conspiracy theory today. But the real story began much earlier. In the Summer of 2024, everyone around the world wondered who was actually running the White House because it was abundantly clear that it was not Biden. Biden’s malfunction at the presidential debate put an end to any reasonable argument that he was actually in charge. Gathered around a conference room, my team tried to find the answer. We knew it was inevitable that Biden would exit the stage. We were exploring several ways to accelerate that. One was our litigation threat that if the DNC waited too long to legally substitute another candidate that we would sue to prevent them from pulling a last minute switch. The DNC admitted in leaked memos that that very litigation threat impacted their thinking. The result was a fake and fast primary that crowned the weak Kamala Harris, wounded by her undemocratic ascension out of the gate. Another was intense litigation to obtain the audio of President Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Hur. We won that fight and the audio was released earlier this year, and to no one’s surprise, Biden malfunction in that interview was clear. But the most important part of that summer meeting was when we were gathered around a television watching Biden stumble across the screen. Someone asked how he was even signing documents and then there was a contemplative pause. Autopen. A long and intense process was then launched. We got to work gathering up every original document we could find purporting to have the President’s signature. We then gathered calendars and Biden’s schedule and confirmed that Biden frequently used the autopen when he was in D.C. and had a relatively light schedule. We took a deep-dive into the legal and constitutional authority around presidential power and whether certain decisions were delegable. Our team spent hundreds of hours on this and the results were not only jarring but abundantly clear. Joe Biden wasn’t the President, an autopen was. President Trump has brought up the autopen perhaps more than any other topic. He has called it the scandal of the century. If you look at trends of google searches as a metric, the word autopen was searched more this year than over the entire history of the Internet by many degrees. It is now part of our national language, it is a historical term for a historic scandal. But now is the most important part, the only part that really matters. We’re getting close to accountability. To date, the Department of Justice hasn’t taken any action to back up the President’s repeated directions that all autopenned documents are null, void, and of legal effect. Despite President Trump’s clear orders, the Department of Justice is still treating these documents as legal. They have already released awful criminals with fake commutations from Federal prison during the Trump Presidency. We broke the scandal that Biden’s own DOJ objected both to the form of these commutations and the fact that while the Biden Administration claimed they are non-violent felons many are in fact murderers and gang-bangers. They are scheduled to release more later this month. To be sure, brave individuals like Pardon Attorney Ed Martin have urged the Department to implement President Trump’s Orders, but the Department’s position remains that these autopen commutations are valid. We’re trying to stop it. For four years, this country operated completely out of order with its Constitution, which vests executive power in one man, and not one autopen directed and operated by unelected bureaucrats and special interests.
