how to clone any video using seedance : 1. Upload a video 2. Upload a reference image of character you want to replace 3. Tell Seedance 2.0 to replace the character from video with the character from the image uploaded There’s no crazy secret prompt. You just tell the model what to do in plain English.

MIMO aka VIGGLE on steroids can create controllable character videos from a single image! It allows users to animate characters with complex motions in real-world scenes by encoding 2D videos into 3D spatial codes for flexible control. Links ⬇️

making VIRAL AI characters is SO easy it feels illegal. and they're pulling 100M+ views... even on BRAND NEW accounts. here's why it WORKS: → weird, bizarre characters you can NEVER forget → REAL motion copied from videos that already went viral copy this exact workflow: STEP 1: find a funny or strange character on pinterest, turn it into a character sheet. ask chatgpt this (and attach the image): "create a realistic character sheet of this person using 3 panels against a studio background: full-body front view with no head, full-body back view with the head visible, close-up shot of the face" STEP 2: download any viral video you love, swap the person using Higgsfield Genjutsu. use this prompt: "replace the person in @ video1 with the character from @ image1. keep the same motion, camera movement, color grading, lighting, framing, and overall video quality." DONE. that's literally it.

This is literally magic 🤯 FMA-Net is a new AI method for video deblurring! It uses complex motion representation learning for spatio-temporally-variant restoration with kernels that are aware of motion trajectories. More info below ⬇️⬇️

🚨 BREAKING: Hollywood's worst nightmare is here. invideo's new Sora Character just dropped. It generates consistent characters in any video from a single prompt. No character drift. No reshoots. No post-production nightmares. Here are 6 insane examples of what's now possible 👀:

Depth video workflows have been getting a lot of attention lately, so I tested one myself. Combined with Seedance 2.0, it produced more natural motion-transfer results than using Kling Motion Control directly. Why use a depth video? 1. It removes the original character and scene details, reducing copyright and sensitive-content risks. 2. It preserves the original motion, timing, and spatial structure. This separates motion extraction from visual generation, allowing you to recreate the movement with better models and any reference character. We’ve also launched a free online tool that converts regular videos into depth videos—no local setup required: In the example below, we converted a dance video from Douyin into a depth video, then regenerated it with a reference character using Seedance 2.0. The original choreography and timing are preserved, while the lighting adapts naturally to the new character and scene.

DimensionX: Create Any 3D and 4D Scenes from a Single Image with Controllable Video Diffusion TL;DR: Create 3/4DGS from Video Diffusion Note: Some first inference code released (not all yet). Contributions (cited): • We present DimensionX, a novel framework for generating photorealistic 3D and 4D scenes from only a single image using controllable video diffusion. • We propose ST-Director, which decouples the spatial and temporal priors in video diffusion models by learning (spatial and temporal) dimension-aware modules with our curated datasets. We further enhance the hybriddimension control with a training-free composition approach according to the essence of video diffusion denoising process. • To bridge the gap between video diffusion and real-world scenes, we design a trajectory-aware mechanism for 3D generation and an identity-preserving denoising approach for 4D generation, enabling more realistic and controllable scene synthesis. • Extensive experiments manifest that our DimensionX delivers superior performance in video, 3D, and 4D generation compared with baseline methods.

Remember the police detective character avatar I created called "Frank de Lucha?" Well, he's back! And this time, in glorious, high-quality video with amazing authenticity and voice. Here's a short clip from a pilot video I'm creating, using 100% local open source AI engines... This is NOT Seedance! I rendered this on my desk!

MiniMax H3 Character Board Animation (Bottom Video) & Character Intro Animation (Top Video) First, we create our character board in GPT Image 2 or Seedream 5 using our character reference image. Then, we use that board as a reference in MiniMax H3 to turn it into an animated character board. Also, you can create another character animation with this board. You can find the prompts below.

Dead simple, character swap for any video. On your PC. Maestro by Blaine Brown won many fans for making local AI image/video generation super user friendly. Now it supports a highly efficient implementation of Viggle-Animate: replace any character in any video. Local. Free forever.

We have multi-character pose transfer now 👀 This is a new model implementation called SCAIL from Zhipu AI. Excited to try it out - this example is from a user who ran it locally. (from u/Better-Interview-793)

Hedra's new "Character 3" audio 2 video system is utterly mind blowing to me. Video below was generated with a single image + an audio file (no prompt - I left it blank). If you can't see the potential of this - no hope for you.

This is actually ridiculous 🤯 Seedance 2.0 turned my character sheet into a fully animated sequence while preserving every camera move workflow ⬇️

Seedance 2.5 - Prompt Share ✨ This prompt turns any character into a dance video, creating choreography that matches the character’s style and personality. I tried it with my character, and it should work with any character. Prompt in thread 🧵
