York Regional Police intervened after the suspects returned to the residence multiple times. If you guessed that Toronto Police cautioned my videographer for breach of the peace, you’d be correct— not correct at law or in principle, of course, but correct in your estimation of police. My videographer has a documented track record of capturing significant protest moments on video, including eight arrests from the same Antifa network at the last major counterprotest. Yet he was continually chased and harassed at Nathan Phillips Square, with zero police intervention.
