🚨BREAKING: (CHICAGO SUBURBS) ICE agents pulled a GUN, and a TASER, on unarmed U.S. citizens for recording them from a public sidewalk… while threatening, “you aren’t going to like the outcome.” In the video, legal observers are standing on a public sidewalk recording ICE agents. The agents stop, get out of their cars, and approach THEM. One agent has his GUN drawn, another has his TASER drawn. The agents tell the legal observers to stop following them. A U.S. citizen responds: “We aren’t doing anything illegal. It’s totally legal to follow you.” He is correct. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement, and federal agents, carrying out their duties in public. And federal regulations specifically recognize that people can record publicly accessible federal activity from public sidewalks, and streets, when they aren’t impeding or disrupting operations. Then, the agent says: “Stop following us, you aren’t going to like the outcome.” That is a serious First Amendment retaliation issue. And then it gets even more dangerous. The same armed federal agents, who just threatened these people with weapons and retaliation… surround the citizens’ car and claim THEY are blocking traffic. But look at the video. The only people blocking traffic are the ICE agents… who have now boxed in the citizens’ car. Agents cannot detain someone because they don’t like being watched. A vehicle stop requires reasonable suspicion of an actual legal violation. And recording and observing ICE agents, from a public place, is not obstruction. It is not illegal. Government agents are supposed to be accountable to the people… not the other way around. The First Amendment protects your right to watch and record your government. The Fourth Amendment limits the government’s power to stop and detain you. And neither one comes with an ICE exception.

Bill O’Reilly is on a WARPATH tonight and he’s taking no prisoners. You can literally feel his indignation right until the very last word. O’Reilly is not only calling out Walz and Frey for REFUSING to protect ICE in Minnesota, but also demanding why the FBI and Kash Patel haven’t prosecuted them for insurrection. O’REILLY: “Where are they? Where is Kash Patel?!” “You can debate video tape all day long. You can say whatever you want to say, but there has to be an overriding authority in this state and there isn’t.” “Did you see Leland — because you’ve been studying it like I have — one Minneapolis police officer protecting ICE against the demonstrators? Did you see ONE?” VITTERT: “No, but that’s not the FBI’s job to investigate…” O’REILLY: “No. The answer is no. You didn’t see one because there wasn’t one there. And this is a public SAFETY issue with dead people.” “No local or state cops. NONE! By order of the governor and the mayor. That is INSANE!” VITTERT: “That may be insane Bill, but you want Kash Patel to investigate the governor because he didn’t order the police to protect ICE?” O’REILLY: “You bet I do! — If the FBI comes in and finds that the agents, the federal agents, one ICE, one Border Patrol, were derelict in their duties or used malice, I want those people indicted. Clear? Are we clear?” “But on the same token, you’ve got elected officials that could be charged with rebellion and insurrection under the U.S. Code 2383.” “This is a rebellion. That is why the people are dead.” “Nobody brings a gun, a loaded gun — NOBODY, CNN — to a confrontation with federal agents who are under siege. No one does that.” “That man did because, in my opinion, he was so crazed by this situation, so agitated as I am right now, that he lost ALL judgment.” “Now listen to me. The authorities — governor, mayor, feds — have to control that. The controlling bureau is the FBI, not Homeland Security.”

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was just caught on video violently shoving a TEENAGER to the ground, in a Chicago suburb. But it gets worse… In Joliet, IL, ICE agents jumped out of their cars, racially profiled a man, began handcuffing him, and forced him into an unmarked vehicle that had its license plate covered. And they did all of this before even confirming who he was. As U.S. citizens began recording the incident, ICE agents started forcing them farther back, even though they were not interfering with the arrest. One of the agents looked at a teenager, who was just standing there and filming, and said, “Step back a little bit.” The teenager wasn’t interfering. In fact, a woman was standing even closer. And then, without warning, the ICE agent violently shoved the teenager to the ground. Moments later, another ICE agent pulled out a taser and threatened the legal observers, despite them remaining away from the vehicle, and not interfering. And after all of that, about 20 minutes later… ICE released the man they had kidnapped because they realized he was not undocumented. Think about how insane that is… A man was detained, handcuffed, and taken away before ICE even confirmed they had the right person. That’s exactly why the Fourth Amendment exists… to protect people from unreasonable seizures by the government. And then there is the issue of an ICE agent shoving a teenager to the ground… Using significant physical force against someone, especially a teenager, who is not posing an immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… is excessive force. Federal agents do not get a free pass to assault teenagers because they are standing nearby. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public, and government officials cannot use intimidation, or force, to silence people who are lawfully documenting their actions. This wasn’t just about one man being kidnapped…. It was about everyone standing there. A teenager was thrown to the ground. Legal observers were threatened. U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights were intimidated. And an innocent man lost 20 minutes of his freedom because ICE believes they are allowed to kidnap anyone they want. So, why are these ICE agents not being held accountable?

Careful what you chant and do, words have consequences. L👀K‼️ The chilling video from Philadelphia shows armed Black Panther members openly threatening ICE agents with graphic violence. “I’ll put a hole in their chest the size of a window” and “we’ll meet enforcement with “equal force,” branding agents as “slave catchers” and “pigs.” Blatant intimidation and incitement against federal law enforcement, encouraged, and happening right in U.S. streets. Black Panther threats come amid surging calls from the far left to “abolish ICE” or defund it, fueled by recent incidents like the Minneapolis shooting. “Abolish ICE” ⁉️ Here we go again. The politically toxic chant echoes the failed “defund the police” mantra, radical voices—and Minnesota Dems with baggage —like .Rep. Ilhan Omar are reviving the slogan hard. The hard twist to eliminate ICE deflects from Minnesota welfare, daycare fraud, but it emboldens extremists who think armed threats against officers are justified. Defunding immigration enforcement doesn’t promote safety; it invites chaos, rewards lawlessness, and puts real lives at risk—both .Homeland Security agents doing their jobs and communities caught in the crossfire. We need strong borders, accountable enforcement, and zero tolerance for violent threats against law enforcement—no matter who’s making them. Anything less is playing with fire. This has to stop before it escalates further. Thoughts? Should threats like these be met with immediate arrests. 🇺🇸

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents stalked a U.S. citizen, at a POLLING PLACE, to pressure her into deleting her post, from JANUARY, about indicting ICE agent, Jonathan Ross. The exact post read: The ICE agent who shot and killed Renee Good in broad daylight has been identified as Jonathan Ross by the Minnesota Star Tribune. I think today is a great day for Jonathan to be indicted! FEDERAL AGENTS walked into a polling place… one of the most protected civic spaces we have… to intimidate a citizen, over political speech, about holding law enforcement accountable. The document they handed her said… “This notice officially informs you that it is unlawful to threaten to assault, kidnap, and/or murder a federal official or that federal official’s immediate family member with the intent to impede, intimidate, and/or interfere with the federal official’s duties or retaliate against a federal official due to the performance of their duties,” The document also said she could be subject to both federal and state prosecution. And just to be clear… The post, in question, wasn’t “doxxing.” Doxxing is releasing private, non-public information. Repeating publicly reported facts… is not that. Because law enforcement’s identities are not supposed to be private information, especially when they have been involved in the death, or shooting, of a civilian… But, instead of upholding the constitution, the current administration is attempting to stretch “threatening” language to cover political speech they don’t like. And let’s talk about election integrity… Polling places are legally restricted civic spaces. It is illegal to deploy federal troops, or armed federal law enforcement, to any polling place. Using that space to confront someone, over speech about federal agents, is highly inappropriate at minimum… and potentially unlawful. And this isn’t the first instance federal agents have hunted U.S. citizens down to silence calls for government accountability. Which should alarm everyone… Because a government that punishes scrutiny instead of answering it, is not a government holding its agents accountable… It’s a system telling you its agents are above it.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are proving once again that they are not targeting violent criminals… They are targeting children and families. On Sunday, agents were caught illegally operating in Minneapolis public parks, in direct violation of city orders, and then tear-gassing spaces designed for kids and families. This happened at Powderhorn Park. In the video, ICE agents are seen aggressively driving into the parking lot of a public park, on a Sunday… a day when families and children regularly sled, play, and gather there. U.S. citizens are already in the park. They begin recording and blowing whistles. An ICE agent then chases a U.S. citizen through the park, tackles him to the ground, and handcuffs him. While that’s happening, other agents begin deploying tear gas, throwing canisters at U.S. citizens who are nowhere near them, filling the parking lot and the park itself with smoke. Tear gas causes respiratory distress, burning eyes, nausea, and panic… effects that are especially dangerous for children. And agents illegally deployed chemical agents anyway, in an open public park, with families nearby. That is excessive use of force, and child endangerment. And they did all of it while being explicitly prohibited from operating in the park in the first place… The Minneapolis Mayor’s Executive Order 2025-02 bans civil immigration enforcement staging on city property. On January 7th, 2026, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board unanimously passed a resolution aligning with that order, explicitly prohibiting ICE from staging or operating in parks. ICE did it anyway. And it didn’t stop there… Later, that same day, around 12:45 PM, ICE agents were seen sitting in Folwell Park, another public park. A woman approaches them, calmly cites the order, and tells them they are not allowed to be there and need to leave. ICE/Border Patrol are choosing spaces where children gather instead of places where actual crimes occur, then responding to public scrutiny by assaulting civilians and deploying chemical weapons. If ICE/Border Patrol are willing to do this in broad daylight, on a Sunday, in front of families, while being filmed, after being explicitly told they are not allowed to be there… Then they are not enforcing the law. They are endangering children and assaulting anyone who dares to exercise their First Amendment rights, and say that’s not okay.

🚨 BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are now attempting to illegally detain people who have valid work permits… and are lying about having an order of removal to justify it. In Louisiana, agents began following a Honduran man who was simply driving his daughter to school. When he realized he was being tailed, he went back home, went inside, and begged the agents to check his ID and valid work permit, which were sitting right in the front seat of his car. The agents looked at his documents… and still claimed it “wasn’t enough” to prove he was here legally. That alone is alarming. But it gets worse. When his wife arrived, agents suddenly shifted their story and claimed they had an order of removal for him… which would mean they absolutely knew who he was and what his immigration status was. So, she did exactly what she should: she asked to see the order. And instantly, the story changed. The agents backtracked, said their documents were “incorrect,” and left. This wasn’t enforcement. This was a fishing expedition… and they got caught lying. Federal agents are now banking on fear, confusion, and intimidation to detain people who are in the country legally. And it’s not an isolated incident. Multiple reports, lawsuits, and firsthand accounts across have documented ICE agents arresting, or attempting to arrest, people who have valid work permits or are otherwise lawfully present. And it doesn’t stop there. Once people are in custody, there are repeated allegations that agents pressure or coerce detainees into signing “voluntary departure” forms… documents that waive their right to see a judge and lead to immediate removal from the U.S. Many people sign because they’re misled, scared, or not fully informed of their rights. A pattern is emerging… And it’s one the public can’t afford to ignore.

Tom Homan Drops the Mic on Radical Dems’ Non-Stop Hate for ICE Border Czar Tom Homan dropped an ATOMIC TRUTH BOMB on the heads of radical Democrats who won’t stop attacking ICE agents as ‘fascists’ and ‘Naz*s.’ “But the hateful rhetoric that ICE isn't a real law enforcement agency, the signs saying 'Resist ICE,' 'Abolish ICE,' and claims that they're fascists. When you keep that hateful rhetoric up for a year and a half, there's going to be a percentage of the population on the left that's emboldened to take action because they believe ICE isn't a real law enforcement agency. They think, 'I should resist them.' All they had to do was simply comply with law enforcement… This is about complying with law enforcement. I said a year ago that if the negative, hateful rhetoric doesn't stop, there will be bloodshed. Unfortunately, I was right. And I'll tell you something else: it's not over yet. As long as people keep attacking and misrepresenting what ICE does every day, calling them Naz*s and comparing ICE to the Naz* regime, there's going to be a segment of the population that's emboldened to do something stupid. I'm afraid we're going to bury an ICE agent. I'm afraid I'm going to hand another folded flag to the spouse or child of an ICE agent for simply doing his job. And for any member of Congress to keep attacking ICE and calling them fascists and Nazis, I've said it a thousand times: If they're Naz*s for enforcing the law, then what does that make the people who wrote the law? We're not making this up. We are enforcing the laws they wrote, and they appropriate the money for us to enforce them… Everybody, you know, guys, ICE agents are moms and dads too. They don't hang their hearts on a hook every day to do this job. And it's not just an attack on the ICE agents. It's an attack on their spouses and children, and no one knows that better than me. I can't even go get a quart of milk at the grocery store without a security detail. Why? Because I'm enforcing the laws of this country. It's pathetic, and it's disgusting.” As Homan walked away, you could hear a pin drop. It’s about time someone shamed these depraved radicals who are going to get both ICE activists and agents k*lled—just for enforcing the law.

Tom Homan drops the mic on CNN’s Jake Tapper after he attempted to frame ICE as doing things “differently” under the Trump administration. “The laws are EXACTLY the same…If they don’t like what ICE is doing, CHANGE the law.” TAPPER: “Well, I think some of the issues that they’ve raised have to do with ways that ICE is doing its job differently now than they were doing it, even in the first Trump administration…” HOMAN: “The laws are exactly the same. Let’s talk about the masks.” “You don’t see ICE wearing masks inside the airports because they’re not on the street arresting criminals. You got the agitators who cross the line and threaten ICE agents.” “The same people in the Democratic Congress that want ICE to take off the masks are the same people who say ICE is going to shoot people inside airports. I mean, you can’t have it both ways!” “So if you want ICE to take the masks off, the threat level has to decrease. It’s an 8,000% increase in threats against ICE officers. And that’s because a lot of the rhetoric coming from the Hill.” “Stop calling ICE Nazis and racists. Stop saying they’re going to shoot people inside airports. That’s going to drive the threat level down. And we can talk about masks.” “So, you know, we got to work together on this, but ICE is doing the same thing they’ve done during the 40 years I’ve been doing it. Again, they’re enforcing the laws that they enacted. If they don’t like it, change the law.” “The law hasn’t changed. The difference is, under the last four years of Joe Biden, they weren’t enforcing the law. Now ICE is actually enforcing the law, doing their job, and they don’t like it. If they don’t like what ICE is doing, change the law.”
