So much for Gavin Newsom's "Trump witch hunt" story. The FBI had Newsom’s own appointee, Alexis Podesta, wearing a WIRE inside his political inner circle, recording conversations back in June 2024. Under the BIDEN DOJ. Newsom's chief of staff pleaded guilty to fraud. His wife is under investigation. Dozens of Sacramento insiders got letters saying their calls were intercepted. And the mole? Still sitting on a state board, still collecting a $61,000 government salary. Newsom will burn for this, the same way he let California burn for years.

BOMBSHELL: FBI HAD GAVIN NEWSOM’S INNER CIRCLE WEARING A WIRE SINCE JUNE 2024! Alexis Podesta, longtime Sacramento Democrat, Newsom appointee, and insider, secretly recording conversations in the federal corruption probe into Newsom’s former chief of staff, Daniel Williamson (now hit with fraud & tax charges). Phone calls intercepted. Lobbyists stunned. Wiretap authorized under Biden DOJ with judge approval. This wasn’t some fishing expedition, there are already convictions tied to it. While Newsom plays political martyr and screams “Trump witch hunt,” his own people were wired up around him, his wife, and the whole machine. Democrats protecting their leader while the walls close in. Drain the swamp in California, folks, the rot runs deep!

Governor Gavin Newsom’s chief of staff Dana Williamson allegedly stole campaign funds “On her way out the door, Gavin Newsom handed her $50,000 bucks in severance with your money” California Rep Carl DeMaio called it “Hush money” He said “Newsom gave her $50,000 severance Taxpayer money. Sounds like hush money to me” She was Newsom’s Chief of Staff until 2024 Then, November 2025, Williamson was indicted on 23 federal felony counts, including conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction of justice, subscribing to false tax returns, and making false statements The money she stole was purportedly disguised as payments for services but allegedly went for personal use such as padding salaries or luxuries. This occurred while she was in Newsom’s office

🚨 TRUTH BOMB: The FBI had a mic’d-up MOLE secretly recording inside Gavin Newsom’s own political orbit — before the DOJ even launched its corruption investigation into Newsom and his wife Jennifer! No wonder Gavin is livid. His own people flipped and the evidence is exploding from within. Patriots, this is the accountability you voted for. California corruption is INSANE - Governor Gavin Newsom's former chief of staff caught in a money laundering scam - A prominent California lobbyist is also involved connected to Newsom - The Firm managing Gavin Newsom’s campaign connected - Another of Gavin Newsom’s former Chief of staff involved “That was Sean McCluskey as he was leaving federal court today. - Sean McCluskey is Javier Becerra's former chief of staff - Javier Becerra was President Joe Biden's Health and Human Services Secretary. He also served as California Attorney General, and now he's running for California governor. So that longtime chief of staff, McCluskey today, pled guilty to one federal charge today in court. Federal investigators say McCluskey essentially had the help of two political consultants in California to essentially take funds from one of Becerra's inactive campaign accounts and funnel that money back to McCluskey's personal account. In order to do this, investigators say McCluskey had the help of Governor Gavin Newsom's former chief of staff, Dana Williamson, and Greg Campbell, who is a well-known Sacramento lobbyist. Greg Campbell is very well connected and lobbied for some of the biggest companies at the California State Capitol, from Amazon, UnitedHealthcare, and Major League Baseball, just to name a few. Last night Campbell actually sent an email to his clients and friends announcing that he was going to shut down his lobbying operation. He also said he was working to dissolve the collaborative. - The collaborative is essentially this business, this political operation with an umbrella of consultants that work together - Governor Newsom's chief of staff before Dana Williamson, Jim DeBoo, helps manage it - And Bear Star Strategies, which run Governor Gavin Newsom's campaign, they are members of it” So again - Dana Williamson (Gov. Newsom’s Former Chief of Staff) - Greg Campbell (Prominent Sacramento Lobbyist connected to Newsom) - Jim DeBoo (Newsom’s Prior Chief of Staff and “The Collaborative” Manager) - Bear Star Strategies (Newsom Campaign Managers) What a web….

🚨 GUILTY: Newsom’s Former Chief of Staff & Becerra’s Former Chief of Staff Plead Guilty to Corruption Dana Williamson — Governor Newsom’s ex-Chief of Staff — just pleaded guilty in federal court. Sean McCluskie — Xavier Becerra’s longtime Chief of Staff and top advisor — pleaded guilty last year in the same scheme. Together, they helped divert $225,000 from Becerra’s dormant campaign account in a fraud conspiracy. The Chief of Staff is the highest extension of an elected official — their right hand, senior advisor, and most trusted voice. When that level of power is corrupt, it exposes the entire system. This scandal cannot be swept under the rug. We’re fighting for AB 1560, which would ban anyone convicted of public corruption from ever lobbying in California again. No more letting these insiders crawl back into power after betraying the public trust. Support AB 1560. Share this video. Build the pressure so this bill lands on the Governor’s desk and forces him to choose: clean up corruption, or keep protecting it.

UPDATE: Dana Williamson, Former Chief of Staff for Gavin Newsom that was arrested by the FBI “pleaded not guilty on all charges” The case goes much deeper. Dana Williamson had a “consulting firm” where she would funnel money through shell companies Additional Tax Fraud Claims: Williamson is accused of deducting over $1.7 million in personal luxuries as business expenses on her tax returns, including: - $15,000 Chanel handbag. - Private jet travel. - Nearly $170,000 birthday trip to Mexico - Luxury hotel stays - $21,000+ private jet flights - Payments to relatives and friends for fake jobs - Williamson conspired with others to siphon funds from a dormant political campaign account belonging to Xavier Becerra (Becerra was California's attorney general before being appointed health secretary by former President Biden) - Funds were funneled through shell companies to Sean McCluskie (Becerra’s former chief of staff), who received the money as a salary boost after moving to Washington, DC - Payments were routed via McCluskie’s wife (who was paid for nonexistent work) and lobbyist Greg Campbell’s firm, which acted as an intermediary. - When Williamson joined Gavin Newsom’s team in late 2022, she allegedly handed off the operation to an unnamed co-conspirator Perfect example of California politicians

🚨 NEWSOM’S INNER CIRCLE IMPLODES: Ex-Chief of Staff GUILTY in $225K Campaign Money-Laundering & Luxury Tax Heist—While Californians Get Fleeced! ☠️ CALIFORNIA’S CORRUPTION RECKONING JUST HIT MACHIAVELLIAN HEIGHTS: Newsom’s Former Chief of Staff Dana Williamson Pleads Guilty to Orchestrating a $225K Campaign Heist & Million-Dollar Tax Scam In the gilded corridors of Sacramento power, where public service supposedly meets the public good, the rule of law has delivered a scholarly gut-punch straight from the Federalist Papers: unchecked ambition breeds corruption, and elites always feast first. Yesterday, May 14, 2026, Dana Williamson—Gavin Newsom’s chief of staff in 2022 and again through 2024, a longtime Sacramento power broker and top advisor to Xavier Becerra—stood in federal court and pled guilty to three felony counts: conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud, subscribing to a false tax return, and making false statements to the FBI. This wasn’t some rogue aide’s slip-up. Prosecutors say Williamson was the ringleader in a scheme that quietly siphoned $225,000 from a dormant campaign account tied to Becerra (now a frontrunner for California governor). The money? Funneled for her personal expenses while she simultaneously claimed over $1 million in fraudulent business deductions—Chanel and Fendi luxury goods, home HVAC upgrades, and a jaw-dropping $150,000+ birthday blowout in Mexico. All while serving at the highest levels of state power. Two co-conspirators—Becerra’s former chief of staff Sean McCluskie and lobbyist Greg Campbell—had already cut deals. Williamson now owes roughly $500,000 in restitution to the IRS under her plea. Think about it: While everyday Californians grind under sky-high taxes, housing costs, and crumbling infrastructure, the inner circle treated campaign coffers and tax code like personal ATMs. This is elite capture in its purest form—precisely the kind of “public choice” failure economists and political philosophers have warned about for centuries. Newsom called it “just wrong” and claims zero knowledge. Of course. But when your own chief of staff is indicted on 23 counts before flipping, the “I had no idea” defense rings as hollow as the state’s empty promises and Newscum's multi-billion dollar ghost train. The fish rots from the head. California isn’t “leading” the nation—it’s bleeding trust, treasure, and talent. If this is the standard inside the governor’s office, imagine what’s still hidden. Time for sunlight, forensic audits, and real accountability. The people deserve better than a one-party grift machine masquerading as governance. Who’s next? Drop your thoughts below, I guarantee Gavin Newscum will read this post and comments! 🤣 #NewsomCorruptionExposed #CADemFraudMachine #EliteGriftExposed #DrainTheSacramentoSwamp #CaliforniaReckoning #TaxpayerTheft #BecerraScandal #RuleOfLawMatters

🚨 California governor candidate Xavier Becerra is knee-deep in another fraud scandal, and he’s still trying to distance himself from his own rotten inner circle. His former chief of staff already pleaded guilty to stealing from a campaign account. Now we learn a former lobbyist connected to him filed a false tax return and was involved in conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud. Today his rivals dropped the hammer: “Today we learned he knew about illegal and improper payments from his campaign account… You should not be in this race.” Of course he knew. This is how the California Democrat machine operates, one fraud after another while the state collapses around them. Newsom’s office, Becerra’s circle… it’s the same swamp, different titles.

BREAKING Dana Williamson, a former chief of staff for Gavin Newsom, is among multiple people arrested and facing charges that include fraud, conspiracy, obstruction of justice and making false statements. Williamson conspired to funnel about $225,000 in funds from a dormant political campaign to another person's account for personal use. Court documents obtained by KCRA 3 listed Sean McCluskie as the co-conspirator who received those funds. At the time, he was chief of staff for someone listed as "Public Official 1." McCluskie was the former chief of staff for the former U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra. The indictment does not directly name who "Public Official 1" is, however. “Public Official 1” moved those funds to a new campaign account for a future campaign and they tasked McCluskie with arranging the dormant accounts to be monitored and overseen by a third party. It’s all a lie Former California Attorney General Javier Becerra is publicly being portrayed as an innocent victim whose staff stole money from his campaign account Becerra actually benefited from the scheme and was illegally paid the stolen campaign money Gavin Newsom’s former chief of staff Dana Williamson is how they laundered the money - When Becerra moved to Washington DC, he wanted his chief of staff, Sean McCluskey, to come with him. - The move meant a big pay cut for McCluskey and a lot of expensive back and forth flights to see his family in California - So they used money from Becerra’s campaign account to secretly pay McCluskey’s wife - The payments were routed through Dana Williamson (Gavin Newsom’s former chief of staff), who has now been indicted So to recap, Former California Attorney General Javier Becerra is not the victim, he got to keep his trusted top aide when moving to DC, without it costing him or McCluskey anything because they laundered campaign money to pay for expenses
