Okay, agreed, you want to do a peaceful protest, and you believe it is a peaceful protest. But what if rogue elements from the protest attack the police, and they resort to a lathicharge and tear gas to restore order, triggering a stampede? Who will be responsible for the children then? It will be your responsibility, a direct result of your poor parenting and failure to assess the risk of what you are doing, or worse, knowing the risk and ignoring it anyway. You will be responsible, but since you guys have no insight, I know you will surely blame the state.

A question for Saurav Dass. Today, you are saying that if the FIRs are not withdrawn, you and your team will protest again. But CJP leaders, including Sonam Wangchuk, have stated that those who attacked police personnel, misbehaved with female journalists, and damaged public property were not part of the CJP protest. If that is true, then why are you demanding the withdrawal of those FIRs? Also, FIRs cannot be withdrawn by a mere announcement. There is a legal procedure, and any withdrawal can only take place in accordance with law and with the approval of the competent court wherever required.
