Leave the man alone! He absolutely did the right thing! He let the government decide to turn Starlink on or not in Crimea. The government never told him to. That’s a government decision. Crimea was part of the Russian sanctions, so how is he supposed to turn it on?

This is entirely subjective to viewing striking Crimea as an escalation. Wouldn't call it 'fact'. Striking a target in Crimea that's being used to strike their cities is not an escalation, in my opinion. Hitting someone back that's hitting you is a standard response.
Putin himself called Crimea a 'Red Line' Obviously things changed now, and we see more atatcks against Crimea, but would you be comfortable taking that risk back then?
