Hmm interesting, whats the reason for this? False positives? Ladder adjustments? Also does it notify you when it gives it back and is it mmr too or just lp?

a mix of false positives / valdating total impact. iirc it's a full lp/mmr update but i'd have too look after break.

Its supposed to but some things bypass it and if you report i think it can do a deeper dive or maybe its manually checked im not sure how it works tbh but i do know some things bypass it from what ive heard from others

For me I had server wide disconnects on my team which we lost for it and Riot said they could not refund me LP to maintain the fairness of the ladder, maybe it is exclusive to Master+ where they do not want to refund lp, but if hidden MMR is not refunded than it is cosmetic refun
