Reports suggest Hamas held 3 Israeli hostages released today in Zeitoun, southern Gaza City next to the Netzarim Corridor, where IDF troops are stationed. Instead of playing with Palestinian women's lingerie, perhaps IDF troops should've searched for hostages right by their base.

In case you didn't get it, this is what the lingerie reference is about - endless footage like this throughout the war that was juvenile, inappropriate, undisciplined, and highly unprofessional, turning many against the IDF instead of focusing on the mission & building goodwill with locals.

When IDF approaches hostages the hostages got murdered.

This post is beneath you

I'm furious that Hamas was right next to the Israeli military's bases in the Netzarim Corridor and that so much death and destruction led to the terror group resuming control of the territory, with hostages right next to where so many civilians lost their lives - all for nothing

You know very well that IDFs failure to rescue more hostages had 0 to do with the dumb shenanigans of a few soldiers and everything to do with the way Hamas made sure rescue attempts would pose high risk to the lives of soldiers, civilians, and the hostages themselves.

So Romi, Emily and Doron could have been shot by the animals like Hersh, Carmel, Alex, Or, Almog and Eden? At any time, Hamas could have released all of the hostages and surrendered. Never ever forget that.

Israel likely knows where many of the hostages are, but it’s too dangerous for the hostages lives to go and get them. I doubt they were surprised where they were released from.

Seriously? What happened to Hersh and the other 5 hostages when Hamas knew the IDF was close to finding them? Sometimes you write really important posts, and other times like these you sound like a Hamas troll.

That is definitely not the point. It looks like the IDF knew about the hostages locations and several soldiers lost lives in attempts. Hostages are surrounded by guards ready to execute them. You can make 1 -2 succesful special ops, not dozens.

IDF knew where they were, but Hamas would have murdered them if they approached, they did with the 6 hostages they executed
