Capital does NOT flow to the most productive uses, it flows to the most profitable uses. Bidding up house prices is profitable but is absolutely not productive.

We're so screwed unless we get you back in. And i think you've noticed by now that a growing number of people paying attention are calling for you as PM. If we manage to break through the censorship, which will be very difficult, i hope you will accept our wishes 🙏

Why does the RBA Governor think credit flowing into property is productive? I get her argument for a business buying equipment to increase production, but this doesn’t make sense for property.

Hahaha capital flows to housing, not the most productive uses. Amazing she can keep a straight face saying this.

I'm calling it "Rennick is staying in the Senate."

Why exactly do we need foreign investment when as a sovereign we have our own currency and the RBA can add it to the economy via the banks to provide all the liquidity you need for all domestic projects and lending? What am I missing?

Thank you for asking these questions Gerard, the ALP and LNP have failed severely and I hope you and your work is recognised in getting us out of this mess.
