Muy buena 👌 aproximación, tanto el piloto como el patrón de la lancha lo han hecho perfecto 👌 🌊⚓

Good for pilots they been taken care with all rules. Have you seen disembark of Crew they don’t have anyone to assist and the boat which they go is substandard not as sophisticated like pilot boat. Why crew disembarkation safety is not important. Why not to bring standard.

@PNWstevedore Other than the backpack, a very safe transfer. With the pilot boat sliding aft to meet the ladder as the pilot descends there is very little risk of running him over if he falls in the water.

@valpilotboat Rightly said @KevinVallance1, if I may, backpack and walking between the vessel and the cutter.

Good manoeuvre mate! Couldn’t coming from aft cause risk in case of pilot falling? I would prefer approaching from abeam the ladder, with wide vision, having the chance of an on-site risk assessment and ready to action in case of a pilot fall.

One of the safest forms of disembarkation. I always thought of proposing a "lifeline"from the deck exit to the boat.
